I ordered a beautiful umbrellas for my pool area, one of the umbrella’s part of the frame broke and I contacted a customer service, submitted a pictures of a broken part , I was expected to received a part but just got email that the company sent me a new umbrella . Excellent Customer Service

We ordered a pair of custom upholstered chairs which arrived in a condition that did not meet Serena & Lily's high standards. I emailed customer service (found on the website) and received a quick response requesting more information. Once my info was received, without hesitation, S & L issued a one time merchandise credit for the full amount and made arrangements for the chairs to be picked up. We thought this was terrific until we realized the closest store is 5.5 hours away. We wanted to sit in other chairs before purchasing a replacement. Driving that distance was not feasible and ordering on-line (w/o trying first) would have been a foolish decision. When I brought this to their attention, they responded quickly and issued a one-time full refund back to our original form of payment. We were relieved to get the money back and impressed with how easy they made the entire transaction.
We are now loyal fans of Serena & Lily and will sing their praises to anyone who'll listen.

I called them with an issue with some beautiful wallpaper that I had ordered and the associate I spoke to looked into the issue and got back to me as promised within a few hours. And when I called back the same day, the person that took my payment was also very helpful and accommodating. They resolved my issue appropriately and I consider that they have great Customer Service!
