Product was ok, not 400g though as advertised, nowhere near it.
Slow delivery from Royal Mail too, parcel was delivered a day late.
Considering the price charged, not good enough or value for money.
Wouldn’t buy from them again, sorry.

Just amazing . Was sure it was going to be too sweet but I found it exceptionally moreish ! Excellent range of flavours . The bueno & millionaires were just delicious. Already ordered more .

A marvellous company I would highly recommend,any issues they get back straight away and resolve them and the fudge is the best I have tased go try it for yourselves you will not be disappointed.i will definitely be going back for more.

The best fudge I've ever had and fast delivery

I was a little apprehensive Initially, as I bought 6 blocks. 3 as a gift and 3 for the family. And was debating if the cost would be worth it as I would buy again, tells you the answer, they look and taste quality. You only need a thin slice as they are so rich. My only call out and it's my fault, is I had to open the 2 boxes to find the 3 flavours I had chosen as a gift , the boxes are glued shut, so I damaged the box, which spoilt the acetic of the gift. So if you are buying multiples ask them to put the variety you want in the same box and identity what is in the box, or just don't glue it shut

Received my first Chunk Fudge order and I have to say, I’m not disappointed!! This stuff is glorious, the Millionaires Shortbread is a particularly good mix, but the Bounty, Cookies and Cream and Banoffee are also rather good. Good luck placing an order though, it’s pretty difficult to choose as all of the fudge recipes sound amazing. Just order the lot, you won’t be disappointed!!😁😁

I ordered some fudge as a birthday gift. My friend then told me she was away for a surprise break and so wouldn’t be home to receive her delivery. I contacted the Chunk Fudge email address and at very short notice they changed the delivery address. It’s really nice to have a personal helpful response from an online business.

My order was delivered on time and I was kept up to date on the progress of it.The fudge itself is no better or no worse than any other I've tried and if questionable value at
£8.99 a pop

Just received our first box of goodies, 5 huge chunks of fudge, they are absolutely massive, my wife absolutely loves her Billionaires Shortbread and Bounty, my favourite is the Banofee Pie, the Toffee Apple is also delicious, we are going to share the Biscoff one yet, but I imagine that one is amazing too, highly recommend trying these, you will not be disappointed

Ordered from ChunkFudge for the first time and I’m seriously impressed.

I tried the Mars fudge, Rocky Road fudge and Brownie fudge. Every single one tasted fresh, rich and full of flavour.

The Mars fudge had the perfect mix of chocolate and caramel sweetness.
The Rocky Road fudge had loads of texture and felt super indulgent.
The Brownie fudge was rich, chocolatey and honestly hard to stop eating.

You can tell a lot of care goes into making these. The texture was spot on. Soft, smooth and melt-in-the-mouth without being too much. Delivery was quick and everything arrived really well packed too.

Already planning my next order because it’s magic fudge and disappears very quickly!!

Excellent customer service, there was an issue with a chiller that would delay delivery and they informed me by email.
I bought a five pack and it was well packed. The fudge is lovely. Really nice. Highly recommended. I’m always picking at it. Will definitely be ordering again.

Amazing fudge absolutely love it. Too bloody nice, easy to navigate site and so many flavours to choose from I've ordered twice now and won't be my last.

This is my 2nd review, after my first review ChunkFudge contacted me as I had a problem with my order. I can not praise them enough. They are obviously a company that care about their customers. They asked what they could do to sort out my issue and went above and beyond what I had asked for. It's a pity more companies are not like this. The fudge itself is very tasty and different from other fudge I have had. I would definitely recommend the fudge and the company. Thank you.

Sent an email and photograph to prove that one of my chunks was only 300g - 1/4 of it missing.
Got a really sarcastic, patronizing and condescending reply by someone who is obviously constipated with their own self importance.

It said and I quote -

''Chunk Fudge is a hand made product and the weights of individual Chunks will vary CONSIDERABLY, I am sure you appreciate that Eton Mess which contains meringue will not weigh the same as a Brownie - it's on the product listing, faq page, order confirmation, shipping paperwork, allergens card, etc but appreciate that if you aren't looking for it then it can be missed.

NOWHERE on their website does it say that the weights of individual Chunks will vary CONSIDERABLY.
In fact it says and I quote -

''All weights are averages and may vary''

I did not expect them all to be exactly 400g (I ordered 8 in total) but it is almost miraculous that NOT ONE OF THEM was a gram over 400g.

Who in their right mind would buy products by weight if the weights may vary CONSIDERABLY.

As for the Eton Mess being full of meringue and therefore making it lighter - why is that my problem ? I ordered a 400g chunk so you send me 400g of it - I didn't pay for AIR.

Delivered in good time. The quality is excellent. I would recommend your company without hesitation.
