We had the most amazing time in Italy! From the moment we stepped off the plane, everything was seamless—a chauffeur was waiting with a sign to greet us, which set the tone for the entire trip.
From a stunning sunset golf cart tour through Rome, to wine tasting and pizza-making experiences, to exploring the Cathedral and the Colosseum, every moment was unforgettable. We loved the gondola rides in Venice and touring the beautiful city of Florence—each destination was more breathtaking than the last.
This truly was a trip of a lifetime. From the incredible food to the beautiful hotels and outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. Ciao Italy did an exceptional job planning every detail.
We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning our next trip to Southern Italy this August—and we wouldn’t think of traveling with anyone other than Ciao Italy.

I just came back from a trip to Milan, Bologna, Verona and Lake Como. Viviane Gringer along with Ciao Italy Tours made an amazing trip for the 4 of us. Rome is spectacular!! St Peter's Basilica is a must see. The only problem was the tour was not long enough for my family. There is just so much to ponder and view. We understand that there is a time frame but there just wasn't enough time to look and review all the Magnificent beauty! Christmas eve mass was a breathtaking experience with the Pope and others! If we had additional time, we would go back to experience not only the same pieces of art but even more that we were not able to review and reflect on.

Our trip to Italy was a trip of a lifetime! We arrived on Christmas Day, and it was such a special time to be in Rome. We stayed at the Palazzo Navona Hotel. We were centrally located near most of the monuments. They were only minutes away, and we felt completely safe. We rented a car to go visit family a few hours away from Rome, and the rental was seamless. All the tours we did were very personalized for the four of us. Each guide spoke very good English, were quite knowledgeable of the history of each site, and took the time to answer all our questions. When we return to Rome, we will DEFINITELY use Ciao Italy Tours again!

Our vacation was amazing thanks to Ciao Italy. Every day was something special, the tour guides were nothing less than perfect!! The hotels in Matera and Lecce were magnificent, food tastings were definitely a highlight of our vacation. Would highly recommend, not a single complaint!

The entire team at Ciao has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I came to them with a rough draft of what I wanted. They took my ideas and created a fabulous trip for some very off-the-beaten path towns. They helped with hotels, city to city car services, sightseeing and even holiday dining arrangements. The program was well thought out and set up/timed perfectly to match our pre-cruise schedule. Sindi was great to work with in the USA, providing excellent support and she quickly responded to emails/calls.

Our honeymoon to Italy was absolutely unforgettable! We visited Rome, Ischia, and Sorrento, and loved every single part of the trip. Each destination had its own perfect parts, from the incredible history and energy of Rome, to the relaxing beauty of Ischia, and the breathtaking views and romance of Sorrento.

As a travel advisor, I have many options from which to choose for my clients' trips to Italy. I changed all of my Italy reservations to Ciao Italy as I trust them completely with my clients' bookings. They have gone above and beyond for me, and they have made me look like a rockstar to my clients.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Drivers were prompt, personable and excellent drivers. Guides were delightful and knowledgeable. Hotels were well chosen. Our stay in Bellagio was perfect in every way.
I cannot think of anything that could have been better other than to have made our stay longer.

Booked with Ciao Italy Tours hoping for a smooth trip, but the itinerary drifted, the guide seemed bored, and hotels weren’t as nice as photos suggested. Delightful intention, disappointing execution.
