I had a friendly phone call who explained everything clearly and worked around my lifestyle, everything they said happened on the day no surprises, I would recommend this service to any home owner .

I was more than happy with the services provided from the team at Cisco about my loft and home ! Would definately recommend to anyone either looking to either insulate their home or to get a survey.

This company knowingly employ robotic cold callers to spam call homes to generate leads. The company they engage with is based in the Philippines and fake the telephone number that you are being called from (in an attempt to persuade you the call is local) playing robotic/AI phone messages down the phone to generate leads.

Following on from your response. You do not hide who you are in the follow up call but all of the automated calling is not linked to your company. Why is the automated cold calling number that is displayed not your own? If I phone the displayed number I would not get through to you because you do not have a Taunton telephone number that links to your company? So why is a fabricated number displayed? - it's false representation. On the company you use website they state that your own company number can be used - so why not use that? That would directly associate you with the cold calling that you are carrying out and allow people to block calls they do not wish to receive. Why not be completely upfront in the cold calling script and mention your company name - it's not mentioned anywhere in the automated cold calling script? Just automated computer rubbish. In my subsequent phone call with you you stated that's just how companies operate - and it's nothing to do with you - and that's pretty much what you're saying in your response - well frankly that's rubbish - you're engaging with this philippines based company and it's you that are signing off how they go about generating your leads. So get them to be upfront with how they do it - use a valid phone number - your phone number, use your company name in the script. Be upfront. You say more is coming - well it shouldn't be the future - if you as a company want to engage with me then find an engaging way to do that - cold calls (and certainly automated robotic cold calls) are not the way to do it.

You're repeating the "it's nothing to do with us" - as I stated - take ownership of it - you have engaged them - ask them to put your phone number on the call. Own the call. Its made on your behalf. Own it. Display your phone number - if it's yours be proud of it. Don't make the call with a fake number.

An automated calling system automatically initiates a sequence of calls to more than one destination, and transmits sounds which are not live speech, and targeted at people at the other end. The 2003 Regulations prohibit the use of such automated communications for direct marketing purposes.

However, if a subscriber has given their explicit consent to a company to send them such communications, it is not illegal for the company to make automated calls to them. However, where the use of automated calling systems is permitted, the caller is required to provide their name and address, or free phone number. Their phone number must also be clearly displayed to the recipient of the call.

Examination by a surveyor and then a six hour visit by two workmen to install the insulation. Appointments at convenient times and all explained clearly, with photos of the slightly complex roof space. Cost and options for payment clearly explained. Workmen friendly and cleaned up well. We are already feeling the warmth after a wild weekend's weather. Thanks to all involved.

Cisco homes attended as scheduled, Checked job and area. Laid covering on floor from house entrance to loft area. Stated would take about 40 minutes to clear old myocel covering, 15 minutes for air to clear, then about another 60-90 minutes to spray new insulation on to the weather proof roof covering between beams.
I checked completed job. Good application of product. Asked to leave hatch open for a couple of hours to allow heat to dissipate.
Very pleased with work. Clean and tidy.

the two gentlemen who arrived on time were both polite and friendly. They ensured everything was left clean and tidy. No problems with them in any way

First of all they were on time, identified who they were and what they had to do first and then immediately got on with it. Even when they had to sort the loft out and move an awful lot of stuff did so without complaining they wre polite and sociable at all times.
When the initial work was finished they cleared up and hoovered thoroughly.

Installation completed efficiently by Wayne and Dan, No problems, and left the house clean and tidy. Also thanks to Clint for explaining everything and taking me through the paperwork. Satisfied with result

Jon Wilson arrived to tell us all about Lapolla Foam, a product we had never heard of, and we were very impressed with his presentation.
Our installation went ahead yesterday. The guys were on time, friendly and very efficient, keeping us informed every step of the way. They left our home neat and tidy on completion, and we are looking forward to reaping the future benefits of reduced heating bills.

I had my attic done in Lapolla Spray Foam installation by Cisco, it was done professionally, they cleaned up after the job was done, great bunch of lads, very pleased with the work carried out, they were courteous and led me through the operation, thanks Cisco

No mess, no fuss, professional instillation of insulating foam, that will save money and be effective for years to come, I would recommend Cisco homes to anybody especially if your loft space has been deemed to small a crawl space from other companies. offering standard insulating materials.

The two men that done my foam insulation was very polite arrived on time, cleaned up after them.

With the need to work from home and Autumn approaching, the time was right for better insulation for our home, to try to avoid an unwelcome increase in heating costs.
The consultation visitor was extremely knowledgeable and adhered to social distancing, and we decided to proceed, with the large range of payment options well presented, allowing us to choose exactly what suited our circumstances best.
The installers arrived on schedule around my availability and made quick work of getting the job done with the minimum of fuss, adhering to social distancing. As it was such a busy day working from home, I didn't even get a chance to offer them a cup of tea, but they were cheerful and hardworking anyway. There was a lot of kit to move around in the loft but they didn't complain at all, and were grateful of the work we'd put in to ensure everything was boxed up and ready for moving around up there, which is an incidental benefit of getting this done, as we're now much better organised up there.
The generator was quite noisy but that's to be expected, and the smell we were told to expect cleared as promised in a few days. We now have a warmer house, and the whole load of things we store in the loft should be free of mould and better protected. The loft actually looks far bigger with the light coloured insulation, and is free from cobwebs so I'm much more inclined to use it to full advantage. The product should also help with the damp to the beams, so protecting our roof, and it should be a bonus for potential buyers when we look to sell in the future.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company and product, and though not cheap, it should save us heating costs and damage to our roof and items stored in the loft for many years to come, as well as being a bonus for resale of the property, so I consider it well worth the investment, particularly now with Autumn approaching and a full time return to the office unlikely any time soon.

first thing i like to say is it is very good what was done for us .we feel the difference already.from the day of the assessment,to the day the crew came to do the work,it as been a marvellous experience.the finance and why we should have it done was explained clearly.what the material was how it worked was very good .the follow ing day the lads turned up on time.introduced them selfs.they were really nice and polite.they told what was to be done.they sorted the attic out so they good get going .i will say ,if the machine they used was not making a noise.we would not know they were there.we supplied them with drinks,as it was very hot.they cleaned up after they finished.came down they were soaking from the heat.got changed.went back up replaced everything back tidy.took photos and showed us the work done,it is really well done by the lads, they were polite all the way trough the process.we cant praise them enough.thank you the company for what was done.

Mike Jones, the representative who examined our former insulation and roof space, was very clear in his explanation of their shortcomings and these were reinforced with both photographic evidence and metered readings from within the two lofts. No pressure was exerted to place an order, with knowledgeable advice and discussion being the sole means of persuasion.
After placing the order, the work was scheduled in six days and completed within the week. The two operators were most efficient, courteous and painstaking in their efforts to avoid undue disruption and mess, with any residues carefully hoovered up on completion. I was very surprised at the speed of application over an area of 203sq.m. and the product certainly expands into all corners and crevices, as claimed, providing what appears to be a good seal against outside elements and heat loss from within.
We await the onset of winter with interest, together with a large measure of confidence in the energy saving attributes of Lapolla.

A pleasant and professional service: from the person at the door through a very informative pitch by Jon Wilson (wow! It’s so refreshing to meet someone so committed to and knowledgable about their product!) to the installers who were tidy, polite and again, very knowledgeable. Looking forward to the savings we’re make on the heating bills! Thank all!
