We were visited by John Wilson. He gave us a very detailed account a new loft insulation.
The very same week Cisco Homes came and insulated our loft. The guys were friendly, clean, on time, and worked very hard.
Would recommend this company.

Had a lot of cold calling from this company claiming my loft needs to be checked, despite telling them numerous times my loft has just been redone recently. Not sure where they purchased the data from. I would be vary of companies who need to resort to these tactics.

Excellent job done by a busy, but courteous crew.
Job was well presented by the surveyor during the first visit, with plenty of technical detail quickly available.
Installation crew always seemed busy, did a visibly expert job (to my untrained eye), and left a tidy workplace at the end of the day.
Single point dropped was simply due to a high-ish price which I just couldn't shift the surveyor on!

I refused to give review at the time of insulation because although it was done to time, with great service and everything left clean. I couldn't recommend something I wasn't sure worked. Since then, obviously it doesn't heat the house but once the house is heated the heat is retained cutting down heating costs. I've had the moisture levels rechecked earlier than suggested and they are well down. I have elderly parents I recommended it too. Every step was checked with me to make sure they were not being taken advantage of. Dad is partially sighted, Mum has alzheimers. Mike Jones took especial care to show me the photos and also to explain them to dad. I would have no hesitation in recommending the insulation but also no hesitation in recommending Cisco as a reliable trustworthy and caring firm.

The men arrived on time and were very thorough , put down dust sheets to protect the carpet. They worked well in the loft and finished by lunchtime, although it was expected to have taken them longer to do.
The men were respectful and a pleasure to have them working in the house.

I recently had my roof spray foam insulated. Very good professional service and comprehensive advice. Highly recommended.

Arrived earlier than planned but not an issue.
The workforce were extremly polite and careful of my home. Plenty of protection of flooring. Very happy with the service.

I was cold called by a robot called Alex who gave a long explanation of roof insulation benefits while ignoring the fact I was talking randomly about elephants and the weather to see if it was a human or machine. "Alex" didn't say what company it was operated by, but I was called an hour later by a human who said she was from Cisco homes and admitted that "Alex" was her "colleague".

I have been registered with the Telephone Preference for years. I checked before writing this review to ensure my registration was still active.

Citizen's Advice say "It’s illegal for a company to call numbers registered with the Telephone Preference Service". I would welcome Cisco Homes justification or explanation for why they called me.

These people hide behind telemarketing bots and make calls to people who should be protected by the Telephone Preference Service and are ex-directory. 6 calls received on one day with nothing at the other end. If you dial the number given by CLI it isn't recognised, so you can't find out who these people are that have abused my instruction to not be contacted by cold callers. When I eventually got connected to the bot they got a human to call me from 01752876993 who had found my address and tied that to my phone number without my permission.

Having complained to their Data Protection Officer, I then get a call from one of their Customer Service managers who tries to tell me that it's all OK because it's not their fault the bot called me. They clearly don't understand Data Protection law.

If these are their normal trading practices I wonder how well they'll behave if you have a fault with the insulation they're going to spray all over the inside of your roof???

Excellent service from initial meeting to application of product. The temperature of the house rarely drops below 21oC (reviewed at the end of October 2020) - so central heating is feeling redundant!!

The Cisco Homes operatives arrived well to time (in fact 30 minutes early) and were pleased to be able to commence straight away. They were polite and efficient, completing the foam insulation with no fuss and cleaned up after themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Despite an unfortunate technical problem which meant the installers could not meet the original installation appointment, they arrived on time at the re-arranged date.

The installers arrived well within the agreed time and started preparation straight away.
The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with the installers clearing up before leaving.
Both installers were very courteous and demonstrated a very professional attitude.

Contact from company day before with estimated time fitters were an hour late on day but did call to inform us of new arrival time very neat and tidy already appears to be making a difference with the upstairs feeling a lot warmer. Only downside was salesman informed us no need to clear loft where fitters complained that loft was still full but all in all good experience

Received a phonecall from a lovely lady, who explained everything thoroughly and got me booked in for my loft survey the next day. The surveyor was very helpful and informative and gave a very good presentation of the Lapolla product. He also discussed excellent payment options which I was very happy with. Had my insulation completed yesterday and am extremely happy with the how the installers completed the job and cleared any mess they made. I can't wait to see the results of the products and would fully recommend this to other people!
