very good service, polite and clean up after.

It started off bad the men turned up without a membrane as it said on there pda not required but after inspection it did lack of communication from surveyor and workers. They soon rectified the problem what a lovely pair of blocks to do the workthey exspained everything they were doing to me also very polite and helpfull.When they finished the work they cleaned all there mess up and hoovered as well what a pair of gems and scollers A++++++ for the work boys.

From the very beginning I was kept informed about all the work on the day for the job to be done they turned up at the time qouted and when they finished they cleaned all the places they had been very good

We had loft insulation from Cisco homes. They arrived on time and were extremely pleasant friendly and efficient. even vacuumed my stairs before they left which was an added bonus. Would highly recommend them.

Slight decrease in temperature, slight increase in LPG gas! Not amused! This is 3 months later. I have EXACT amounts of gas used for the last 15 years.

I have had the spray foam insulation for a few weeks now and I must say it is much better in the loft now, it used to be really cold but now it is quite pleasant up there while I fit the flooring, the cold always put me off before now it’s brilliant

Thought I would give an update following having my loft insulated in June last year.
Insulation has made no difference whatsoever to the temperature in the house, it is no warmer, so unlikely to be any saving on heating bills.
I have noticed that my ceilings have a number of cracks in them which have recently appeared. Although I can't be sure could this possibly be due the insulation?? It could be due to the change in temperature from cold at night during this cold spell to the heating being on during the day. However I didn't get cracks when we had the beast from the east. Coincidence?? I regret having it done as it's very expensive to have done & so far it seems a waste of money.

The install went smoothly and was all carried out professionally and without fuss.

From the very start of this process, everybody we spoke to were polite and respectful.
The representative that visited our home was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. When the workmen came in, they respected our home, removed anything that was in the way and pushed on with the job. When they had finished they cleaned up and hoovered my carpets. They asked me to check the work they had completed.
All in all we were extremely pleased with the work that was carried out, we could feel just how much warmer our loft was straight away. We will definitely be recommending people to use this company. Thankyou Cisco Homes.

I didn't think that having our loft re-insulated could be so easy and so very worthwhile. The old insulation we had was well past its sell by date and when Cisco Homes offered us a free, no obligation check of our loft we quickly accepted.
Martin came to curry out the check and from the start he was polite, friendly and very professional. He told us that we were right and our loft insulation wasn't up to standard. He explained to us the difference in the kind of insulation that Cisco Homes could give us and the difference it would make to our home. Until then neither my husband nor I had heard of Lapolla insulation, but the way that Martin explained it to us, well, it really seemed so logical.
We said we'd think it over and promised we'd let him know.
We telephoned after the weekend to say that we'd like to go ahead were given a date when the insulation team would call.We didn't have to move anything out of our loft for the work to take place.
The team of 2 came right on time and started work immediately. They were very professional and polite and the spraying was completed in no time leaving everything clean and tidy. Cisco Homes contacted us immediately after the work had been done, just to check that everything had gone OK.
I can't believe how much difference Lapolloa loft insulation has made to our home, so much warmer now and a 25 year guarantee!
I can't thank Cisco Homes enough for the great service they provide. From the first telephone call, they have always been polite and helpful and able to answer any questions we had - though to be honest, the way they explained everything to us meant that we didn't have many questions.
