The team arrived on time and were polite and friendly.
They got on with the job and cleaned up after themselves. Just waiting now to see what difference it will make

We met Jon Wilson on 5 June and our loft was done on 13 July.
Jon was good - explained everything and so we went ahead with it all.
The men arrived - explained it all and started the work. It was a very hot day - I supplied them with cold and hot drinks and the two men were very polite and done the job- cleaned up and went.
On inspecting it all after 3 days (to let the smell of it all go) I noticed that they had used some of my bedding ( 2 duvet covers, 2 sheets, 1 mattress cover) which was in a bag ( it was our caravan bedding) to cover the items in our attic. It would of been nice to have been asked where upon I could have given them some old ones. Hence to say they are unusable now. I was given to understand that they would cover items but obviously I was wrong. Did text Jon Wilson but not heard anything back.
This was very disappointing after everything else was pretty spot on.

The men arrived early, were polite and friendly. They offered to wear their masks as my daughter is clinically vulnerable and they set straight to work. They showed me the work and left the house tidy. My only problem was the noise - I had not been informed it would be such a loud procedure, and although they were only in the house for about 2.5 hours, as I was feeling ill that day, the noise did get to me a bit, but on the whole, I am very happy with the work and the politeness of the 2 workers. I am looking forward to the winter to see how effective the insulation is.

I'm left disappointed after dealing with Cissco. They have been pleasant to speak with as were the guys who did the work - BUT they rushed the job and did not take enough care. They failed to cover my belongings in the loft and ruined 2 suitcases and a fan and some other items due to foam mist sprayed everywhere!

They also failed to move a loose length of timber next to one wall and sprayed in 'into' the insulation. I later had to cut the timber free of the insulation which has now left an annoying gap. I sent photos of this but Cissco phoned to say it is ok (or maybe they could not be bothered to come back and patch it?). I asked for confirmation in writing that this gap will not cause any issues in future but have never had a written response (which is makes me wonder if they cannot put this in writing as they know it could be an issue!)

It is a shame as I really rate the product and even chose it over a cheaper similar company. I’d love to give 4 or 5 stars but the install and follow up customer care has been very poor.

On the whole a very good job. The workmen did arrive late, due to being delayed by a motorway accident, but they did phone ahead to let us know. At one point there was a problem with their pump, so they had to stop work, and a bit later, one of them got some foam in his eye, so that was another delay. The work took four and a half hours altogether. We didn't notice until after they'd gone that a bowl of water we'd lent them (for bathing the sore eye) was left in the loft. We also can't find a towel missing from the bathroom and a facecloth, but maybe they're in the loft too! We're a bit too old to actually get up into the loft any more, so will wait until someone younger and more agile can go up there to have a look for us.
We can see, however, that the men carried out a thorough job, and certainly worked hard. Despite the delays they only stopped once for a drink. They explained the procedure before they started, which matched what the rep had told us on his initial visit. We look forward to feeling the effects once the colder weather comes.

Arrived the right date. Quick and efficient work. The workers were very helpful and friendly.

Cisco Homes came to insulate the loft last Friday. The workers arrived on time, were courteous and efficient, all kept clean and tidy. Thank you to all the Team

I managed to get the work done with the help of a green homes grant which Cisco applied for for me. Everyone very pleasant along the way. Installers turned up on time, let me know what was going on, did a good job and were on their way. Pleased with the result. Look forward to the winter to see why it does to my heating bills.

The chaps arrived in good time, covered stairs and landing in dustsheets, got cracking on insulation, and when it was completed, cleared up and hoovered. Pleasant, courteous, cheerful. Pleased with job.

They arrived on time protected the hall and landing very polite, emptied my loft, insulated the loft, re packed the loft and cleaned up after themselves. Willingly would recommend, the house has never been so warm

The process from when the salesman knocked on my front door and introduced me to Cisco Homes to the time when the installation team waved goodbye was a most pleasant experience. The entire team were very professional and delivered excellent service. I am happy to recommend Cisco Homes.

I had a call regarding a loft survey from Cisco Homes in November 2020 agreed to a survey where Neil hicks came and surveyed my roof ,Neil pointed out some issues in my roof regarding damp and condensation,so I decided to have Lapolla sprayed onto my roof,since then I have noticed a difference within the property,Warmer in cold months and cooler in hot months,requested a revisit after installation of Lapolla Neil came round and done a retest of rafters and insulation after 7 months of being installed the moisture in the rafters and insulation has dropped considerably in the short time that I ahd Lapolla installed.
I would certainly recommend anyone to have this done ,Cisco Homes very friendly and professional company

Fitters were late but only because of a problem with their van. Both were really friendly and efficient and had the whole job finished in just over 2 hours. They tidied all the mess up after themselves and l would thoroughly recommend them

The Cisko team arrived bright and early to clear my very cluttered loft & prepare for spraying. Nice, curteous & efficient, they worked very hard & had to be persuaded to stop for a cup of tea! It was very hot, I was worried they might expire on the job! The spraying was amazing, it looks like it's been snowing but it's inside instead!! I'm sure it will do the job admirably, obviously I won't know until winter. My only complaint was that although they had hoovered (and well) the hall & stairs, they brought the 'pipe' they used through my bathroom window and hadn't put anything back or cleared up, so left a very dusty & dirty room. Minor problem. Overall I was very satisfied by my experience with Cisco Homes.

Cisco arrived promptly as arranged .They explained what they were going to do step by step all carpets and thoroughfares were covered before they started work .The 2 gentlemen were very respectful ,polite and efficient ,nothing was to much trouble for them.
