Could not even bother to turn up, and only bothered to phone me 90 minutes after my appointment.
Reply is rubbish as thay phoned me yesterday morning to confirm appointment

Wow what can I say
Wow what can I say. It did what it said it would do. Jon Wilson explained everything very well. The installation team turned up on time. Very friendly, polite and professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Attic was done on Wednesday its now Friday mid November and I've only put my heating on early evening for as little as 10 minutes. I feel the cold. Its like a tropical house minus the 🌞 would highly recommend to anyone to get this done. Thank you cisco homes and thank you Jon Wilson. Look forward to the return visit

A good experience from the start
A good experience from the start, friendly and helpful customer service. The engineer that carried out the initial inspection, provided all the information without baffling us with terminology and acronyms.
The installation team arrived on time, conducted the work with the minimum impact to us and cleaned up any mess they had caused.
The impact of the insulation is felt immediately in the loft space, I look forward to the follow up inspection to understand the full impact and benefits of the product.

The original caller was reminiscent of the frequent scammers who call to steal off vulnerable people. After getting a few details, they hung up and when I tried to ring back, the phone was unavailable. I did receive a callback, and although this company may be legitimate, I will not be using their services

Good install but check the pricing
The actual install of Spray Insulation was done well by the subcontractors used. Quite happy with their work.
What has reduced the rating is the pricing and a friend with a similar property went for a quote with another company direct and it was radically different. Loft insulation grant on the website wasnt discussed as we receive DLA/Child Benefit etc. Sales consultant said these had gone yet your website under the free loft survey and others in the market still have them on. Can't fault the installation work but feel mugged financially. It was also suggested the old insulation etc would be taken away. It wasn't.

Thank you for your review.
Costs can vary for many reason. You can be rest assured that your product has been installed by a fully qualified team. The product is covered by a warranty and carries a Kiwa certificate. Some companies cannot say the same.
We do on some occasions have subcontractors carry out installations when we are not able to carry out the work ourselves. These subcontractors work to the same high standards our own teams install too.
The sales consultant was correct in what he told you about the grants. The green home grant ended 31st March 2021. We along with other companies mention the grants in our websites as this is often a regular search within google. However we have taken onboard what you have said and are changing the page to reflect that the grant is currently not available.
I have checked your paperwork and can see no mention of the old insulation being removed so apologies that you thought that this was the case.
