Very quick and smooth experience. From my initial enquiry to walking out of the clinic with everything done took only 3 days. Consultation and appointment happened on the same day so no need to visit the clinic twice. I saw Dr Axel who was very friendly and professional and happy to answer any questions. Kay and Aurora were equally helpful. The procedure took less than 10 minutes so on the day I was in and out of the clinic in about half an hour. Aftercare instructions were clearly explained to me after the appointment. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

Very lovely place and the staff were very helpful.

I went to the clinic for the removal of a sticking out mole just below my hairline on my forehead. It had been bothering me for quite some time, but I was worried about the procedure. The consultant dermatologist immediately discussed options, assured me of the likely result and I was able to have the minor surgery on the day of consultation which saved me coming back again. The staff were kind, experienced and reassuring, and put me at ease. The result is amazing, you can hardly even see the scar, in fact I don't really think you can call it a scar as it's so small. It was clearly expertly done, and I was happily surprised at the result. I thought you would be able to see around where the base of the mole was, but no! I can now put my hair up in a ponytail without it impacting my confidence. It was well worth it. Thank you to the team.

I visited City Dermatology for the removal of a lipoma and the whole experience was very straight forward. Sarah did an expert job, had a calming presence, and explained what was happening while she was performing the proceedure so I felt reassured. Great friendly team all round.

Very fast service. The treatment was scheduled within a day of my original enquiry. On attendance at the clinic I was seen promptly and my mole removed in 20 minutes completely painlessly. I was given comprehensive after care instructions.

I had a great experience with City Dermatology Clinic. They performed the removal of Molluscum Contagiosum, which was bothering me for a very long time. The staff is very friendly and professional. I got treated very quickly. I have a great experience with Georgios Pafitanis and his team.

I’m really happy with the service I received today during my consultation. Jess on reception was warm and friendly and Dr Geo and Kay put me at ease during my appointment, explaining everything clearly. I felt like I wasn’t pushed into committing to more spend beyond the consultation which makes me feel like the advice is genuine (surprisingly uncommon these days). The clinic was also clean and tidy.

I had a very large cyst removed from my face by Dr Parviz. It had grown over the years to a large size and Dr Parviz advised me to get an incision and have the cyst drained. I was nervous but Dr Parviz made me feel reassured throughout the process. Cyst was drained and the whole sac was taken out (the best outcome!) just from a very small incision. I am forever grateful to him. A brilliant man and expert professional. I would highly recommend!

Jess was very welcoming upon arrival and reassuring after my chalazion removal. Kay and Dr Mohsan were both great and professional. Lots of friendly conversation during the procedure which made me feel comfortable. Would recommend City dermatology clinic!

Very welcoming and professional staff - both clinical and administrative. Clean bright clinic and I was seen as soon as I arrived.

My appt was to discuss a cyst on my hairline that’s been bothering me. Dr Axel explained all my options clearly so I could go away and consider but I felt very comfortable in his and Kay’s care that I decided to go ahead with the removal immediately. It was a super quick procedure and I went straight back to work.
Only wish I’d been to see them sooner!
