I saw the Manager: Yaseen.
Attentive and unhurried.
Extraordinary Interpersonal & Communication skills.
Outstandingly thorough in his explanations of the services: e.g.: consultations, including swabs, scrapes, biopsy and corresponding fees.
In the context of the plethora of dermatological clinics, I consider him to be a credit to your organisation.

I booked an appointment on Sunday, April 26th, seeking a second opinion while waiting for an NHS dermatology referral. While the initial booking was smooth, the clinical experience at my appointment on Monday, the 27th of April, was deeply upsetting.

I was assured the doctor would be thorough, but the consultation lasted barely 10 minutes. I was immediately ushered next door to the office manager to be told I should get blood and allergy tests totaling nearly £2,000. I felt significant pressure to commit to these expensive tests with no compassion shown for my situation.

To make matters worse, the doctor told me the prescription would only be around £30 and could be taken to any pharmacy. However, when I got to my local pharmacy, I was told the cost was actually closer to £200. When I called the clinic on Tuesday, April 28th, to question why I was given such misleading information about costs and to ask why I was being pushed for extra tests, I was promised a call back that never happened.

It feels as though this clinic is more focused on selling expensive diagnostic packages than providing patient care. I left feeling unheard and exploited. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a thorough or compassionate medical opinion.

Very quick service, on the spot treatment followed a detailed explanation.

Dr Charakida was incredibly quick with the procedure and very considerate of how I was feeling, if there was pain etc. the entire team were quick and efficient

The staff were polite and professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable and she gave us the diagnosis within minutes and I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

Very fast and efficient appointment. I saw Dr Charakida for a mole removal and she explained the process very clearly and after deciding it did need to be removed the removal was very quick.

It was fast, informative plus I got brochures on the different possible treatments I could get. Dr Charakida was very straightforward and made me feel seen, heard and understood. Would definitely recommend.

Doctor was incredibly understanding knowledgeable and though, too time to listen to my concerns and fears, explained the procedure and after plan. My experience, I felt was personalised and effective, I was treated with the upmost respect , I was very comfortable and relaxed due to the way I was treated

I felt like Dr. Charakida took my symptoms seriously, and understood why I wanted to know the root cause of my eczema - she didn’t just try and tell me to use another cream. She was honest and efficient and prescribed me exactly what I needed.

I managed to get an appointment on the day within a couple of hours of giving a call. I was treated professionally and all tge staff were very helpful and courteous. I was hugely impressed and decided to use them
Again soon, despite this meaning taking a train from Guildford to London - very worthwhile!

I have had a positive experience where I see Dr Izamov. He went through everything clearly and took the time to review what I had come in for.

I am thoroughly satified with my experience, the treatment and service I received from Doctor Izamov.

Doctor Izamov, was calm, courteous very professional in explaining the process surrounding my procedures. I felt that Dr. Izamov and Femi treated me with care, understanding and attention at each stage of my minor surgery.

In addition, I would like to offer a special mention for Femi (the practice nurse) and for Yaseen Williams the manager - for their professionalism and politeness.

If so required, I would definitely recommend Doctor Izamov and the LDC, to my family and friends.

Small forehead cyst removal:

It would be five star if they didn’t hit me with a £2,000 quote after the initial online remark was “from £300”. Felt a bit scammy.

I will say however, Yaseen the practice manager was brilliant. He found a way reach a solution and I went through with the procedure in the end.

I feel like the clinics pricing system needs to change however I understand that the private sector is the way it is, and prices are competitive.
