I had an excellent experience with this clinic. The booking process was super easy and who I spoke with on the phone was incredibly friendly and polite. On arrival, the receptionist was very warm and my appointment was punctual. Mr Parviz Sadigh was the consultant, he was well mannered, professional and informative. I had a small procedure that was performed same day, with a thorough explanation of the treatment / procedure. It was expertley done and the consultant explained the process every step of the way. A smooth experience from start to finish. Thank you

Great experience today. Went for a mole check, the price was as expected (as clearly stated on the website), the clinic (Charing cross) was very clean and pleasant. My skin was thoroughly checked (on time) by a consultant (NOT by a nurse who then ask you to pay some more for every mole that needs to be checked by a doctor!). Everyone (receptionist, assistant, consultant) was friendly and professional. Was made comfortable by undressing/dressing up behind a screen and checking upper body first then lower body so I would not feel too exposed which is a thoughtful thing. Came out with a clean bill of health despite my million moles and very sunburned childhood and youth. Will use the clinic again without hesitation.

Dr Giulia and Kay were incredibly helpful.

The surgical excision was done on the same day, and Dr Guilia made me feel at ease through the entire procedure.

The clinic's price was £5,000 cheaper than what a private hospital quoted me for the same procedure.

My visit today for removal of a couple of harmless warts by Dr. Luciano went extremely smoothly and completely pain free.

Having been to the clinic in the past, I had no hesitation to go back for further treatment. I highly recommend their services. The whole team are brilliant, very professional, kind and welcoming. I cannot thank them enough.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Parviz Sadigh. He was absolutely amazing at surgically removing my palmar wart. From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, he was professional, reassuring, and extremely skilled. He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout, and the procedure was smooth and efficient. The care and precision he showed were outstanding, and the healing process has been great. I’m very grateful for his expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone needing similar treatment.

Wow… this clinic provides a first class service to patients! I feel blessed that I found such an amazing Dr and team to carry out a tricky cyst removal on my face. After putting off having treatment for sometime mainly due to being worried about being scared etc I’d search many clinics looking at photos of work and prices and had consultations on best way forward, I wasn’t feeling confident in going forward with treatment… UNTIL I met Dr Luciano at City Dermatology Clinic. We had a great consultation, i explained my insecurities about the appearance of my skin and the cyst, let’s face it no one likes anything on their face for everyone to stare at and she had a good look at the problem and came up with treatment plan. I agreed totally with what she told me and within a few minutes we was underway with the removal.
It was not painful at all and we even had a few laughs along the way! Once the cyst was removed and the excess damaged skin, I was shown the scar/stitches and the damaged tissue and cyst and I felt relief that it was finally gone. Over the next couple of weeks we monitored the scar and had my stitches out today 2/03/26 and I could not wish for a better outcome. It looks amazing and is healing well, I no longer feel self conscious and can only say you will not be disappointed with this clinic or staff and Doctors an easy 5* recommendation.

It doesn’t get better than City Dermatology. The clinic at Warwick House, Queen Street, is easy-to-find, well-organised, and welcoming. Everything is explained clearly and easy to schedule. Thank you very much to Georgios Patifanis and Samim Ghorbanian whose skill and expertise made light work of pilar cyst removal; to Aoife the perfect assistant and Angelica the warm receptionist. Brilliant team-work and great service!

I was put at ease immediately by Dr Axel and Kay and the cyst removal was quick and painless. And the price was reasonable.

Went in for a pilar cyst removal as it had become quite a big insecurity. Staff were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions and eased any concerns I had prior to my treatment. Would recommend!

Very professional, the clinic is spotless & you are treated very well. They have some excellent surgeons at the clinic. I was treated by Dr Samin ghorbanian & he did an excellent surgery for me. Also the after care service & comunication is excellent.

The team at City Dermatology were incredibly welcoming and immediately put me at ease. They demonstrated clear expertise and confidence in dealing with the issue I brought to them, which was very reassuring.

After discussing my concerns, they took the time to address each one thoughtfully and provided clear aftercare guidance to ensure everything healed properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was really apprehensive about having a mole excision I’d been putting off for years, but Dr Sarah and Kay were incredibly reassuring and professional throughout. They made me feel completely at ease, I felt no pain at all, and the whole appointment was quick and smooth - I was in and out within half an hour. I had great experience, from the welcoming staff to the dr professionalism. Everything was straightforward. The Doctor explained everything clearly before starting. I felt completely comfortable and didn’t feel anything during the procedure.

Staff and surgeon was brilliant. Surgeon explained every step and was very polite made you feel at ease while having a cyst removal under local anesthetic.

A place where I needed to find myself again the honesty and confidence where I was treated as a human starts to return, a place where something amazing will occur you are in the hands of true masters the force is strong.

Everyone was very friendly, caring and professional from the original phone call to make an appointment through the whole procedure and promise of help with after care and changing the dressing. Still a way to go to see the final result but very happy so far.

Highly recommend this clinic. Had a recent bad experience but here everyone I encountered (Dr Nicki, Aoife and Jess) were so kind and helpful. Everything was clearly explained to me and they put me at ease - really grateful for their time and advice.
