My problem has been resolved by the clinic.

Thank you Dr Axel, Angelica and Aurora for the care you provided today, and for a speedy (called one day and got it done the following mornig) and painless intervention in removing my cyst.

Excellent outstanding job and great work by all the teams and a big thank-you to Dr Geogios Pofitian for my surgical procedure. I can now re build my confidence as the lipoma has been removed. I can now embark on a new life without the bothersome. I will highly recommend city dermatology for any kind of removal needed. Thankyou once again team for putting a smile back on my face.

First impressions are a hell of a thing. Loved my visit, it was quick, straight to the point. Dr. Samim, Aurora and Kay team were excellent.

When I did the booking the assistant said on the phone she will take only my card details in case I won’t come to the appointment but never told me I have to pay for a consultation was only a 1 minute talk about when can be done the small procedure of one of my ear lobe to heal an open hole and they give me the price £795 plus £100 consultation, although it is a very small and quick procedure they didn’t care about what I said just cared about the money, it was cheaper for me not to go to the appointment and pay £50 and won’t waste my time going to the appointment for nothing ! I prefer not to use an earring in one of my ears at the moment because abroad will be better treatment and cheaper

As a fully fledged needle phobic I enjoyed the anaesthetic in my nose as much as vinegar being squirted into a weeping eyelid sore, but once I’d stopped being a wuss - helped massively by the authoritative Dr Amir and his supportive nurse Kay - the procedure to remove a lump on my nose was painless, simple and quick. I was very close to making a pre incision sharp exit but their air of calm professionalism persuaded me to stay and now my repulsive growth is history and people will no longer cross the street in horror as they approach me. A job well done. Thank you.

The team were excellent, I was 25 minutes late for my appointment after my train was delayed 90 minutes. The staff were very sympathetic and I was still seen.
I had birthmark excision directly after my consultation, I felt nothing and watched the whole process. My surgeon Dr Georgios, Assistant Kay and the Receptionist Jessica are a credit to City Dermatology. Thank you so much!

Very impressed with the clinic. Quick appointment time and removed my chalazion there and then. Everything was explained for the procedure and aftercare. Totally recommend all the staff were very helpful.

This has been my fourth visit this year to city dermatology. And i have always been treated by Dr Parviz whom i would consider to be a very down to earth, professional surgeon. It's good to know that when being treated for something whether it be minor or serious that healthcare professionals do not take things personally and treat you like a friend. My mum highly recommends Dr Parviz aswell as the assistant Aurora and nice to meet Kay for the first time.

I attended for two procedures- cyst removal - both performed by Mr Pafitanis, with the final stitch removal by Mr Sadigh. I am really pleased with the results, so a huge thank you.
I was really happy with all steps from initial booking, through to the procedure & post-procedure care & stitch removal. All options & steps fully explained, friendly & helpful staff (sorry I didn’t take all your names!) in a relaxed environment.

The clinic handled my cyst removal professionally, I was talked through everything that was going to take place and given plenty of information about aftercare, the procedure took about 30 mins and I never felt any pain,they gave me extra dressings when I left and made me feel at ease

Incredible experience all the way from booking to end of the appointment. Felt heard throughout and was kept up-to-date every step along the way. Axel Sahovaler was especially knowledgeable and skilled, with an impeccable bedside manner. City Dermatology is the best dermatology experience I've ever encountered.

I visited the City Dermatology Clinic today for a consultation and I found that Dr Georgios and Angelica (assistant) where very kind and helpful. Dr Georgios was very knowledgeable and took time to explain my options and made me understand my condition a lot better. I would highly recommend using this clinic.

I highly recommend this clinic and the team of professionals who treated me for a removal of a large lipoma on a tricky part of my shoulder. Dr. Georgios Pafitanis, his assistant Kay and the receptionist Angelica, were all kind, caring and knowledgeable. I was kept informed from start to finish; given an apology for the 10 minute delay and given clear information about the procedure prior and during the operation by Dr. Georgios. I was asked on occasions if I could feel any discomfort and when I could, additional anaesthetic was administered so the whole process was completely controlled and pain free. I did not feel that my treatment was rushed or being completed within a time limit, which was reassuring. At the end of the operation I was shown a photograph of the lipoma and the site of repair on my shoulder. All stitching had been completed neatly. Dr. Georgios explained aftercare and reassured me that a seroma was unlikely but that if there were any issues, I could return to him to drain the site if required. I felt very pleased with the service and treatment and think the cost was reasonable and fair. The clinic was very clean and well presented with calming music.

Amazing, offered appointment the next day and treatment was done at the same time. So happy. Very professional, brilliant service.
