City Gas have, once again, been very professional and efficient when doing the yearly service on our boiler, which they installed a few years ago. I particularly like the reminder I received together with a discount code for booking the appointment online. I highly recommend Mohammed and his team and wouldn’t consider using any other company.

Had a water leak on New Year, Andre kindly arranged engineer visit on New Year, was available all the time, I was so stressed regarding the leak, but his support and kind advice has made it a positive experience. As a landlord it's important to be able to respond to tenants emergencies quickly. Mohammad and his team enabled me to do just that, replacing a CH boiler swiftly and efficiently. I was kept informed every step of the way allowing me to liaise with my tenant. All in all a top job and a very reasonable price. I don't hesitate to recommend.

Very professional, nice guys. Came out on an emergency call out to repair my boiler. Arrived quickly, explained exactly what the fault was and resolved the issue without any problems. They also explained how to use it properly. I'm very pleased with the service that I received and I will be recommending City Gas and Mohammed to my family and friends.

New boiler installation

I have asked 3 companies to give me quote. Due to the place where the boiler. is quite a challenging as it was behind the shower. City Gas the first I contacted so the engineer came and evaluate the place. He was very nice and really knows what he is doing. He already told me what he is going to do, they need to open the wall from the shower like taking off the tiles, and explain they cannot put that back as is not their job which is fair enough. We were expecting this to happen as the previous owner of our house put the boiler where is not accessible. Anyway so I ask another 2 company to look into it. British Gas cannot do it until we knocked down the wall same with Robinson company. So I was lucky to find City Gas that they are willing to do the job even it was in the challenging position. Also their price is reasonable unlike with others.

So I highly recommend this company base in my experience with them.

Over a month now since November I have been looking for who to fix my IDEAL BOILER in NE63TS in Walker, Newcastle. I have had two different engineers came into the building trying to fix the boiler but couldn't fix it. The engineer that came on Friday 03/12/2021 said the pressure valve have problem and he opened the boiler and couldn't fix it collected £60 for call out, and on Saturday 04/12/2021 I went on the internet looking for who to fix the boiler and I called this number 07502 527929 explaining to him the problems of the boiler and he said I should call him on video he need to have a look and I said I was in the shop and I ran back home and call him on WhatsApp video and he said to me they have turned the valve under the boiler in the wrong direction and I should just listen to him he will direct me and to my surprise all the nightmares disappeared without him visiting the property or charging me a penny. Words can't Express how grateful I am, God will bless you with more and more wisdom and knowledge. You are a truly natural born star to the calling of your job. In less than two minutes all the problems was fix and in less than 4minutes the house heaters was hot and back to normal. God bless you Sir. He didn't even ask of any money from me. I am truly grateful Brother.
