Citymove Removals & Storage

I have used City move twice now. Both times they have been professional, friendly and hardworking. They guys did not stop until the job was done.

Citymove was efficient, polite and on-task with everything I required. My client was thrilled, and they were more than accommodating to make sure I was able to deliver well-beyond what was expected.

Second time I've used this company and will definitely again. Great job, quick clean and overly helpful. Thank you for for a stress free move.

Wouldn't go with any other company. 2 great moves.

Thank you to the x3 men who helped us move on Saturday. It all went very smoothly! They were on time, efficient, friendly and careful with our furniture.
We would definitely recommend this company to our friends & family.

I would recommend these guys, and will be using them again soon

With efficient pre-pickup communication, and helpful and eager-to-please movers at pick-up and delivery, we were more than satisfied with the experience we had. No problems with the move at all!

I can highly recommend Citymove for an efficient, hassle-free move. The movers were pleasant, helpful and had everything packed up and offloaded in two hours! They made it seem effortless. I like the transparent billing (unlike other movers they charge by the minute which saves you money). Great paperless mobile payment system. Thanks Alcides and Bruno!

We had Viny & his removalist partner move our house furniture. They were very efficient, no stuffing around, handled our delicate furniture with care & lifted the extremely heavy objects well. They didn't complain about anything, we would be happy to use them again.

I have used this company numerous times now and find them excellent. From the person on the phone taking the booking right through to the men that do the move they are always efficient with excellent communication and great customer service.

The team at Citymove were the best removalists we have every used..and we have moved a few times. Vinnie and Sergio were professional, courteous and efficient. They worked tirelessly and with care to get all our belongings in one piece to our new home. Would definitely use them again.
THANK YOU

Citymove was recommended by a friend, and I am very happy I took her advice. The movers arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled time, setting up the cones around the moving truck. They explained everything in detail first, clearly, then I showed them everything that was to be moved and they planned what would go in the truck when. They shrinkwrapped/bubble wrapped 8 items that could easily be broken, included two book cases with glass panels, a refrigerator, washer, and a priceless bit of artwork. I was totally surprised that they got EVERYTHING in the truck...I thought I had enough stuff for two trips! And they unpacked everything and put it where we asked them too. All this, and the two movers had very good natures whenever we talked with them. I would use them again, definitely.

Showed up on time. Efficient workers. Took good care of everything.

we were very happy with our experience. They two guys were on time, they were friendly, very efficient and they took great care with our goods. Thank you.

I just want to give some positive feedback from my move. The entire move was conducted in a professional manner. They took no breaks and did not stop in between the move.
I moved into a 2 storey apartment which only has stairs. And they made the move seem stress free. I recommend pay for the additional 3rd person as it makes the job easier for the men. You will save time as they can work quicker. Also if they suggest to wrap furniture, take their advise for a small wrapping fee you will ensure all your goods are delivered undamaged.

Good Job guys

This was my 4th interstate move with city moves and as usual I am very happy with the outcome. From the first phone call to the drop off I cannot fault them . Julio was friendly/polite efficient and careful with my belongings . He kept me informed of the progress of my move and was at my destination in one day . Highly recommended . When I read some of the negative reviews on this site it seems some people are expecting 5*star service , the reality show that it's a cheaper price than expensive movers and therefore your expectations should reflect that . In saying this though , I have always found city move to punch above their weight ! Thanks again .

Thank you to Tomas and Darren for their exceptional service today working with my clients in Pennant Hills.
My clients were very nervous and overwhelmed with the idea of moving house after living there for over 50 years.
The crew from CityMove showed them respect, hard work, professionalism and a friendly nature. Thank you again for looking after Decluttering Diva clients.

We have moved several times. This was the first time we used Citymove. This was a great decision! Citymove was totally customer oriented and provided a level of service we had not experienced with other removalists. The moving crew were great and nothing was too much trouble. And everything was done with a smile.
We would recommend City\move to others without reservations. Five stars from us!
