Okay, I thought I'd be able to upgrade their STAR REVEIW.
Received an email from Olivia who advised delivery will be on Thursday morning and I'll receive an ETA.
Olivia then THANKED me for the 1 STAR REVEIW.
I received no apology.
Maybe if Kate had emailed me I'd have received an apology.
Pending Thursday so I can give the delivery guys a 5 star review.

Very had to get hold of anybody on the phone . But once emailed I soon was corresponding with them . Finally got my order . Kate was very good at reassuring me the order will be delivered within the week . The guys delivering Tom was very good and kept me in the loop with his ETA . Very happy with the sofa scott in the petrol blue colour . I will be purchasing again off them very soon . Very good quality 👌

Kate at CitySofa is just brilliant- she went above and beyond for us when we had experienced bad customer service elsewhere and were nervous with ordering online again. Our sofa arrived super quickly and is absolutely gorgeous! Exactly like it looked in the photos (if not a little better) we went for the burnt orange colour and it really makes our living room 'pop'. Kate also had great after care checking in with us to see if we liked the sofa. I'm sure if there were any problems she would be quick to answer them but the sofa is sturdy and high quality so I very much doubt there will be any! I would definitely recommend.

Incredible service. At first I found it hard to get through to customer service because they are so busy. But once contact was made, this team made every effort to get my sofa and ottoman to me asap. I was opening a new office and they literally came to deliver at 9pm so I’d have it for the start of the work week. They really went above and beyond, so persevere with phone calls. The products are beautiful and look and feel stunning.

Fantastic communication via eBay during the whole process- questions/concerns all address quickly and honestly. Delivery was super quick and by two really lovely people who were polite, friendly and really efficient. The sofa itself is my new favourite thing in the world..it’s exactly the right colour and as per the photos and far more comfortable than I thought it would be- soft but supportive. I’ve a dodgy back and so depth, height and support really important - this sofa ticked all those but doesn’t compromise on comfort. I was nervous of a ‘brand’ I didn’t know as I have a made.com version of the same sofa elsewhere - only time will tell if it’s the same/better quality but at this stage I’d take the city sofa version any day

The sofa is exactly as described - it looks even better and more stylish in person! I must mention that the sellers have a fabulous customer service team. I worked with Kate who was consistently helpful and patient, and helped solve some delivery related issues in the blink of an eye. Definitely recommend!

Purchase was easy, and the sofa was exactly what I was looking for.

Comms about delivery were great. Even though traffic was an issue in terms of delivery time, there were apologies and checks that we were ok throughout.obvious these things happen, but it was nice to acknowledge it and check in with us.

When they arrived they were lovely. Chatty and helpful. Nothing was an issue, and every effort was made to make sure our new sofa was properly set up and we were happy with it.

A breath of fresh air compared to other delivery companies that just drop a box and run as fast as possible!

Had such a great experience from start to finish. My sister and I just bought our first home and always wanted the Grass Green Scott Sofa. Kate was really helpful in organising the delivery around my holiday and keeping me updated. Dave and Alan were great at keeping me up to speed on when my sofa was getting delivered and delivered and set it up really quickly - both lovely! Would highly recommend :)

Sofa was a bit later than originally expected but still so much quicker than everywhere else. super comfy sofa and cracking delivery guys who kept in touch and unwrapped and assembled the sofa in no time. really pleased overall, was just the style of sofa I was looking for and within decent timescales. would recommend!

The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. As soon as we bought the sofa Kate got in touch and kept us updated throughout the process and was a delight to deal with . The sofa arrived on schedule and Andy and Dave the delivery guys were amazing and went above and beyond , they assembled the sofa and took away the packaging and were friendly and polite. The whole experience was 5*. We would definitely recommend and happily buy from them again.

We've been searching for a sofa for our coffee shop and came across City Sofa. Found a great 2-seater sofa (burnt orange) which fit well with our decor.
Steve and Kate were incredibly helpful, friendly and knew their stuff.

They maintained contact with us regarding delivery the whole time and were accommodating to deliver around our open times.
The quality of the sofa is 10/10. It is so comfortable and cushioning, we ordered a second sofa the day after.
