Kate from City Sofas was so helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had about the sofas and delivery.
We were delighted with the quality of our Scott, Navy blue, 3 seater sofas.
Dave the delivery driver was fantastic. Made such a big effort to have the sofas with us for the time required. Couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful.

Dave and Andy came to fix an assembly problem with my new sofa in a box. They kept me informed of their ETA and did a great job when they arrived (bang on time!) Lovely guys, excellent service, thank you! Also want to add that my sofa is gorgeous, super comfy and great value. I love it!

Andy and Dave were extremely helpful when delivering the sofa, taking it up the stairs and putting it in place/ together for me! Sofa exactly as expected and v. comfy (perhaps even bigger, which is a good thing!)

What a fabulous company this is . Amazing communication nothing was too much trouble . I have a very awkward narrow hallway but I felt totally at ease as I had total confidence in the delivery drivers Dave and Andy who were such a pleasure and soon had the sofa in place.
The sofa from city sofa is just fabulous - so comfortable and such good value . I was a little apprehensive about ordering this off eBay but its just perfect and Kate was very responsive to all my emails and questions

Dave and Andy were very lovely and sent updates so I knew exactly when the sofa was being delivered. The Scott sofa is gorgeous and super comfy! Highly recommended!

Dave and Andy were super friendly and got the sofa and ottoman set up really fast! Lots of good communication before the arrival too so we knew exactly when it was arriving. Love the sofa too :)

Lovely item, arrived super quickly, admin staff were helpful and polite and the two guys who delivered my sofa were lovely blokes, who were courteous, quick and tidy.
No issues at all.

We love our new sofa in grass green with matching Ottoman.
Delivered on bank holiday Monday by Dave and Andy who assembled them so quickly and took away our old sofa.

Super happy with my Sofa, exactly what I was after and the customer service was A* from start to finish. I was kept informed before delivery. On the day the delivery men were so helpful and rearranged my delivery on the day when I couldn’t make the first time. They then unwrapped and set up my sofa for me in my chosen room. So lovely and helpful! Would definitely recommend

Citysofa really went above and beyond to help me get the right sofa for me.

I originally wanted a 3-seater sofa and a footstool but wasn't sure the sofa would fit through a narrow turn in the hallway. Citysofa ensured there was also a 4-seater chaise sofa in the delivery van so that I could have that instead if the 3-seater didn't fit, which was indeed the case. The chaise sofa comes in two parts so is easier to deliver.

Also, I had ordered a navy blue sofa which was lovely but didn't quite match the colour of my walls so I requested for it to be replaced with one in petrol blue. Nothing was too much trouble and Dave and Andy went out of their way to make adjustments to their delivery schedule to collect the navy sofa and deliver the petrol blue one early in the morning before I had to leave for work.

The sofa is beautiful and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more :-)

Sofa exceeded expectations!

At this price point we didn't expect to get such a quality product.

Also, compared to big companies, Citysofa is making sure that everything is brought to the room and even assembled. Honestly, we were stunned by how nice of a service it is, absolutely amazing!
