Absolutely love our new Scott sofas. Super fast delivery and excellent communication from Kate throughout. Delivery drivers Dave and Shaun were also excellent - kept in touch and even waited for me to get back from the school run :) Unpacked and moved the sofas into position for me… lovely guys. Great service and sofa, would recommend!

I purchased a beautiful burnt orange Harper 3 seater "sofa in a box" (3 boxes really) advertised to fit in anywhere. Having moved into a bungalow with a small entry and narrow internal doors, I despaired of finding anything that would get through. Many sofa dimensions are huge! But the Harper model got to the living room with no problem.
Having battled heavy traffic, the delivery drivers Dave & Shaun were brilliant. They delivered & assembled the sofa quickly, with good cheer and professionalism, despite the late hour. They went above and beyond the call of duty, and are a credit to themselves and the delivery business.
Ordering online was a leap of faith, buying from an unknown company, and having never seen the sofa. However, I'd coveted a distinctive design from another boxed sofa company for a long time, but the price had gone up by 50%. I'd even sat on one in a department store, and found it just right in size. The Harper has an almost identical look and dimensions as well, just a lot less in price.
The order was confirmed, then notifications went quiet for about a week. Then an email the night before expected delivery date, informing us the sofa would arrive a day later instead. So there was a feeling of unease at the "office silence", until the delivery team called to confirm they were on the way. The sofa looks just like the advertised picture, and it seems the zipped covers are easy to remove if needed. It's stylish, has a fab colour, and feels very comfy to sit on. Delighted with my purchase.

Great experience from beginning to end. Love our new sofa , customer service was great in answering our questions quickly and then Dave and Shaun were legends in delivering it, bringing it in and putting it together for us. Would 100% use again.

The service was amazing from purchase to delivery. The delivery guys - Shaun and Dave - were really professional and kept me updated on the day about when the sofa would be delivered (as well as expertly getting the sofa up two flights of stairs). I’d definitely recommend them both! Really lovely guys 👍

The sofa was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Kate was brilliant with keeping in contact and answering questions. The guys that delivered were both brilliant. Kept in contact the night before confirming delivery and keeping in contact on route. Customer service that now a days is very rare and so lovely to see thank you so so much

Fantastic sofa company - did have a few issues with the order but Kate was more than happy to help rectify it. DAVE AND SHAWN were fantastic ! Best delivery drivers ! This review is for the prompt customer service communication and fast delivery (the day after purchase). I also highly rate the delivery guys, Dave and Shaun, who were very friendly and polite. I can’t say what the sofa is like just yet, as I is am waiting until the builders are finished before unwrapping it. I can say that the burnt orange colour is lovely and deep and the fabric feels nice and soft through a gap in the wrapping!

Well, what can I say. Just an amazing service from start to finish. My fears of purchasing online were completely unnecessary. Kate was amazing and so helpful with regards to delivery times. The topping on the cake was the delivery guys Dave & Shaun. Fabulous isn’t enough adulation for them, just the nicest guys you could ever meet. They put the sofa together with no hesitation despite their long day. I recommend them 100% and more. Oh and by the way, I love my new sofa. Just gorgeous.

I was worried about buying online without seeing or trying- the 30 day return was the only reason i went ahead, and I'm SO glad i did! Communication was great, delivery quick - the delivery guys were lovely and so helpful getting my sofa assembled! The sofa itself is gorgeous; firm and comfortable. Quality looks great, as far as you can tell in 1 day. So far, really happy.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase and customer service from City Sofa! Having bought my dark green velvet sofa from them a while ago, and it still looking great, I decided to purchase the matching ottoman. They no longer had the same shade of green on the website but after submitting an enquiry via their website I got a prompt response from Kate who was only too happy to help. She found there was one ottoman left in the warehouse that matched my sofa and it was delivered just two days later. I am so impressed by this fantastic customer service from Kate, and also from the two man delivery team who were so polite and helpful! Thank you! I will definitely be recommending.

Ordered a made.com sofa lookalike because I missed the boat at the John Pye auction, and am super impressed with the quality and customer service. I had my sofa within about a week of the order, they brought it in and put on the legs. No problems, a very smooth experience.

Brand new comfy sofa for a very reasonable price, excellent communication and swift delivery. The three seaters didn't fit through our door- so they dropped off a replacement two-seater just for Christmas, then delivered a 2,5 seater a week after. And a quick refund afterwards.

Very helpful, obliging and made sure we had our sofa in time for Christmas. Communication excellent and the sofa over succeeded my expectations. Very inexpensive too.

From the word go Kate was very accommodating with excellent communication. She arranged to have our sofa delivered to Northern Ireland in time for Christmas which was really appreciated. I’d recommend City Sofa for quality and professionalism.

Genuinely impressed by the service from City Sofa. After I ordered I was sceptical as I saw some of the reviews here. However I emailed them and got a reply within half an hour and the sofas were here two days later. They couldn't do enough to help. The sofas are lovely and really comfortable. Just as good as some of the more expensive sofas I tried. Definitely Recommended!

After patchy communication and a delayed delivery, I got my sofa. Looked nice from afar but up close quality was poor. Kate agreed to replace my sofa. After more delays and silences, the replacement came but cushions didn't match so I asked for a refund. Kate agreed; sofa was eventually collected after which point I never heard from the company again. Had to claim money back through my credit card. A very stressful and unpleasant experience.

Lovely sofa and ottoman from City Sofa, very comfortable, beautiful material and all for a very reasonable price.
There was an issue with the padding on one of the sofa arms which I told City Sofa about soon after it was delivered. They were very quick to offer me a replacement or partial refund which did take a while but has been done now and they were very apologetic for the delay.
They are a very small company and they told me that the person who was dealing with customer service enquiries has been on long term sick, with no replacement til now, so they basically had no customer service for a while, hence probably the reason for a few negative reviews around customer services.
All sorted now and I would recommend their sofas!
