First up, I love my sofa. Plus, it was a really great price compared to competitors. I was also really impressed how City Sofa handled everything. From my first online inquiry, I received a promp response and answers to all my questions - it's a big decision buying a new sofa. There was a slight access issue with the first delivery, I have a lift to my flat and it was too small to take the size of the sofa I'd ordered. However, everything was sorted quickly and amicably. Both sets of delivery guys were really good too. Overall, I'm very happy I went with City Sofa. Great service from start to finish. Excellent value for money. I can definitely recommend City Sofa.

Great sofa at a better price than similar ones elsewhere and also delivered in a few weeks rather than the months I’d seen. We got the 3 seater and also a large ottoman and very happy with both. The delivery actually came a day earlier than they had said which was ok as we were in but was the only thing that might have been an issue.

I stumbled across Citysofa whilst searching for a blue sofa that was similar to one I had seen on Made.com. I found the exact same sofa on Citysofa's website but was dubious as the price was so low. I needn't have been as the sofa is top quality and the service and delivery were excellent - I actually received my sofa within one day. I was staggered!

Found this company on an internet search for emerald green sofa/ they had just what I wanted and within three weeks of ordering the sofas were delivered . I am really happy with them, they feel sturdy but are very comfortable and the perfect colour and fabric. They were also a very reasonable price for the quality.

City Sofa provides the most refreshingly brilliant customer service I have experienced in years. Always someone helpful and friendly at the end of the phone or email (a rarity with most brands now!) and great delivery guys who couldn't have done more. Plus the sofa we ordered is fabulous. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We ordered an armchair from city sofa a few weeks ago, after it arrived it was such great quality that we ordered the matching sofa.
Such quick delivery, arrived within four days.
Again the delivery guys were fantastic, let us know what time they would be here, so friendly, brought it in, unpacked it and set it all up.

Not sure about the negative reviews but I had a very good experience which the seller did have to take action and they did so very well. Delivery date was only a few days later than advertised but I had to go on holiday so no big deal, arranged for a specific day and they delivered on that day, 9pm late delivery and the chaps even put it together and took all the wrapping with them. Had an issue within a week where the feathers were coming out too much, i dropped an email to Kate and within 5 minutes I had an email back that she would arrange for all the cushions to be double wrapped to prevent this from happening. Within days the chaps showed up and sorted for free. I got the scotts petrol blue double corner. Really smooth and comfy. Originally I was looking on made. com but they rescheduled 3 times with a 6 months lead time so I cancelled that. They look exactly the same so I'm not sure what's the difference between made and city sofa as made has it up for 2400 and CS has it up for 1700 with quicker delivery, looks and feels like good quality so far after a month of having it.

Brought the sofa though eBay with a great price, comms were very good especially when I got the message saying the sofa was coming earlier than anticipated !

Lads turned up as informed earlier via call, put the sofa together super quick

Had an excellent experience with City Sofa. After being severely disappointed (to the point of legal action after an 8 month wait) with Sofology, we eventually got our money back and decided to try City Sofa, we emailed asking whether the Sofa was actually in stock (many companies seem to suggest they are but when you ask them it's not) and they were super helpful, message back within the hour saying it was in stock and could be delivered the same week. Got a fantastic chaise Sofa, exactly what we wanted and it arrived two days after we ordered. 2 months later and we still can't recommend these guys highly enough. Stick to a smaller company like this and ignore the chains who overpromise and don't deliver anything (literally!).

Even the communication after was excellent and they still clearly care that we are happy with our sofa, and we are.

Fantastic. Sofa is mush better than I expected and the delivery was exceptional. Delivery guys brought it up 6 flights of stairs, without any complaints. And set up. I didn’t need to do a thing. A big thanks to Tony and Jack.

Order the Scott Chaise 4 Seater sofa and item arrived within 3 weeks. Communication was great when liaising with them about the best delivery date, as I had just purchased a new property. Delivery guys arrived as expected, took the sofa up to my flat and installed it for me. Great service from start to finish

Could not be happier! Better price than my normal go to of made or swoon etc, quality it’s excellent, the delivery driver even helped us to unpack and set up! So happy with the armchair we are going back for the sofa!

I bought the large otoman for my living room and it looks so smart. It has really changed the space. The fabric is beautiful and very good overall quality. Plus it fits perfectly in our corner sofa turning it in a double bed if we ever needed extra beds and it came within 3 days from ordering in a busy time (between Christmas and New year)
