Exceptional Service!
A really helpful guy called Colin (PY72) came today for a pick up. We had forgotten the item was being picked up, but to Colin it was not a problem. He said he always carries spare tape and packaging in his van and literally did the whole thing for us! What great service and so refreshing to meet a courier who was willing to go the extra mile and make a customer happy!

Couldn’t ask for better driver
The gentleman who turned up to collect the parcel was polite, courteous, patient and was actually really careful with the package.
He realised it was an item that could potentially get scratched or damaged and he immediately started laying dust sheets etc to protect the package from the floor of his van. He also wrapped the item itself in a sheet and secured it as best he could.
Clean van inside and out. Courteous, respectful and pleasant driver.
Couldn’t ask for more or better really. This driver is a credit to city sprint.

Lt50- the driver that we had today was seriously amazing he has been a gem, she carried the box up for me and set it all up, I suffer frozen shoulder and as the unit is for my hubby who wasn’t at home, LT50 helped me with it all, if you have a reward scheme I would suggest he gets something for it

Accommodating Service from Colin.
I was slightly unprepared for the courier to take my parcel, however Colin was very accommodating and agreed to give me more time. Colin continued to pick up another parcel and loop back to me after I’d finished packing the goods. He was kind, polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
