Brown & Brown (Previously CJN Insurance) Reviews 10

I have used Brown & Brown (previously Green Insurance Group) and from day one never felt totally comfortable with them. My previous broker who no longer offered the property cover I needed was more approachable and friendly, (it was a real 30 year long-term partnership), while Brown & Brown seem aggressively "commercial" requiring fees for everything. My feeling was they were more interested in their fees and commission than in providing the best solution for me. One concern was that I felt that they would find any and every excuse to avoid paying out should I have a claim. Luckily I never had a claim in the short period they covered me but that was my fear.

We have used CJN insurance for our requirements for the last five years and have been delighted with the service to date .

Without exception, the staff I have spoken to on the phone over the years at CJN have been friendly and super efficient. I get through within seconds and they look after me, often finding lower quotes than the previous years
