It’s been 3 weeks and still waiting for it to be dispatched. Very little communication from Cladco (one email so far). Bit rubbish really.

Shocking service and ridiculous…
Shocking service and ridiculous delivery times ordered through travis Perkins you would of thought the contract with such a huge building supplier they would of done better a four week wait turned unto 8 weeks for grey cladding do yourself a favour and use someone else
I ordered initially though travis perkins, they were advised delivery within 5 days, work was scheduled in and then they told me they hadn’t received it when they spoke with yourselves it hadn’t even been shipped, 10 days later the delivery finally arrives, i then ordered some kore (job was extended) they advised that the grey bullnose boards were out of stock until mid/end of August, cistomer advised and agreed to wait, in the interim i ordered some more boards for planters for the customer to be added onto the order at which point onky by coincidence travis were informed that the bullnose would not be delivered till the end of september, no communication from yourselves if i hadn’t of asked for more we would not of known. I have cancelled the ordered and picked another board very simular in colour to replace yours this has cost me £500 in down time and stopped me completing the job for the customer, it is a commercial premises and is now impacting their business making me look foolish. Your communication is awful and the fact you sat on the original order for 5 days (when stock was available for immediate dispatch) causing a delay is awful. Speaking with other suppliers they are all able to turn around delivery in days and offer a comparable product at the same price. I have sent you my details if you wish to reach out but in these times impacting oical buiness and costing tradesmen money (both i imagine your buiness plan relys on) is inacceptable!

Good morning, James,
Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate how frustrating extended lead times can be.
As this order was placed through a merchant, the order management and customer communications would have been handled through the supplying branch. Unfortunately, without access to the details of the order and discussions that have taken place between the merchant and their customer, we're unable to comment on the specific circumstances in this case.
We hope the matter has now been resolved and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Kind regards,

Will make up any excuse not to warranty or accept a product fault
There is no customer support only attempts to not honour their warranty or consumer rights. I brought a large amount of Signature decking back in 2025. Recently one board of the 115 split down the middle. It is clear and obvious that the split was caused by a defect in that one board likely due to a minor manufacturing defect causing moisture to get in the grain and the hot weather causing it to excessively expand on the top surface. It was only split on the top surface and still fine on the back which indicates the moisture expansion.
The deck was installed exactly to the requirements of the installation guide yet every time I went with evidence they tried to say something else was the issue. They rejected my issue due to the screws not being the ones they supplied even though the install guide says recommended. The difference in the screws was mine being 5mm shorter.
Their response gives me great concern that it is a known defect they are trying to hide rather than a failure of 1 board in a batch of over 100.
I also would not recommend the product due to excessive fading. The Teak colour I brought now looks like sandstone.

Exceptional service
Arrived within 3 days, albeit with the edging strips damaged. However they advised me of this before it arrived, and sent a replacement which arrived the next morning. The decking looks well now it has been laid, customer service support is very good, overall would gladly buy from Cladco again.

Excellent product and service.
I've nearly completed my decking project and very happy with the finish and service. The calculator service was very helpful, and accurate. Unfortunately one length had a chunk out of it about half way. A replacement panel is on it's way, I believe.

Just use Cladco!
I’ve used Cladco before Much better products that I inherited when I moved to my new house (with an existing composite deck). They are also more reasonably priced than the competitors and the boards are excellent. No hesitation I. Recommending them.
Thanks for sending the end caps for the decking I have.

First class products
We ordered decking boards and composite joists. Products are absolutely first class and stand head and shoulders above ones from other DIY stores. It would be better if they can improve on communication and delivery time.

good quality, quick delivery
very friendly contacts, free samples provided, answered queries very quickly, we took advantage of free delivery service, driver very friendly and helpful, very quick delivery from order, everything delivered well packaged and labelled, all very good quality, now erecting decking, Update:- decking completed and I found I had several items left over from their 'recommended' quantities, I emailed to return excess items, only to be told return was out of time, so, be very aware you have 14 days to contact and 14 days to return or they will not accept returns, now left with £240 worth of "spares" still excellent quality and happy to recommend that. Just be aware of return policy.

Poor product and service
The board neds that are supposed to clip in to the ends of the boards did not fit .I contacted your company and was told send an email which i did but had no reply . Ended up having to shave small bits of each end to make them fit.
Not happy at all very poor especially considering the high cost of the product.

Good afternoon, Tim,
Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you experienced difficulties fitting the end caps and that you feel your email enquiry wasn't resolved.
The end caps are designed to provide a snug fit within the boards and, as outlined in our installation guidance, some sanding or minor adjustment may occasionally be required to achieve the correct fit. We appreciate this may not have been what you expected during installation.
We're also sorry to hear that you feel your email wasn't responded to, and we will look into this further. While we're pleased to hear you were ultimately able to complete the installation, we understand your frustration and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®
