Great product, good looking, cost effective
Great product, easy to work with and fit, looks very neat and tidy and will - hopefully- be almost maintenance free. Scrubes well, like working with wood, no special tools needed. Advice from the company was excellent, delivery - expensive - but efficient and driver helped unload. Highly recommended.

I was given wrong information and this…
I was given wrong information and this cost me a week waiting for the sample to arrive which wasn't the solution. I have tried to speak to one of the staff who can't speak to me and kept saying he is busy, they put me to the team leader by email, when I explained to him my project I suspect he found it small project and decided not to talk to me either, I got a very brief email.. It's a time waisting experience. Very bad customer service.

Good afternoon, Abbier,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Our records show there were a number of conversations with our team regarding your enquiry. Free samples are sent via a third-party courier service, which helps us continue offering them at no charge, although occasional delays can unfortunately occur.
We appreciate that delays can be frustrating when working to project timescales and are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We will take your comments on board as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our service.

Initial mistake very quickly rectified
I had ordered 2 x 50mmx150mm x 3m lengths of composite decking joists. I collected the items from Cladco's Okehampton depot. After arriving home I unwrapped the joists only to find that I had been given 50mm x 125mm despite the label showing 50 x 150. I immediately contacted Cladco and the rectification process sprang into action. I was put in touch with customer service who have bent over backwards to rectify the problem as soon as possible. So much so, that 2 days later I have a date and time for delivery of the correct items and collection of the wrong ones. It is refreshing in this day and age to receive such excellent service and I cannot praise Cladco customer service enough.

Antwoord van Cladco Profiles® Ltd
Good afternoon, Richard,
We're really sorry to hear your samples didn't arrive as expected, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Our sample packs are sent free of charge via a third-party courier, and while most arrive without issue, occasional delivery problems can unfortunately occur.
Please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@cladco.co.uk and we'll be happy to look into this for you. Alternatively, you're welcome to place another free sample order if that would help avoid any delay to your project planning process.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®
product has not yet arrived
we have not yet received the cladding, so cannot say if we are happy with the product. very little communication is at this point, so not sure who to call or whether just to sit and wait when the cladding will arrive.
also, very odd request from the company that a physically fit person must help the driver to offload the delivery vehicle! this is very odd for a company to rely on a customer to help with offloading building materials! Cladco must not rely on customers to help offloading a truck. not all customers are fit enough to help with offloading building materials and if injured, surely, will blame Cladco.

Antwoord van Cladco Profiles® Ltd
Good afternoon, Jadvyga,
Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that communication around your order has not met your expectations.
If you haven't already, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@cladco.co.uk, who will be happy to provide an update on your order and answer any questions you may have.
Once an order has been picked and scheduled, customers receive a text message confirming the delivery date. Our drivers will also aim to call ahead before arriving. During particularly busy periods, exact delivery timings can vary, but we always endeavour to keep customers informed of any updates.
In terms of delivery, we appreciate your comments regarding unloading. Our deliveries are made on a kerbside basis, and this is outlined within our delivery terms and conditions. Depending on the vehicle and delivery type, some deliveries can be mechanically offloaded, including via HIAB-equipped vehicles where applicable. However, this isn't available for every order, and customers should be prepared to receive materials at the kerbside. If you have any concerns regarding access or unloading requirements, we'd encourage you to discuss these with our team in advance so suitable arrangements can be considered.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope your order is with you soon. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®
