Cladding good looking and easy to install
Cladco's products are good looking and easy to install, a builder had built for me using this and I wanted to add a section. So it was a small order and the 3m lengths too big for my car. Staff were all helpful at Cladco and let me cut the pieces to fit the car and I went home and fitted myself using the helpful online guides from Cladco. Suspect Sat morning is good for this kind of pickup, no HGVs working. Would use Cladco again with confidence

Excellent Customer Service Resolved Initial Product Issues
I recently purchased click cladding from Cladco. Although I encountered some problems with the initial cladding I received and had to return it, the customer service team was excellent. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire return process and resolved the issue without any hassle. Highly recommend them for their support!

Good morning, Andrew,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
Having reviewed this order, the sample delivery was returned to us by the courier due to an ‘address issue’. Following this, we contacted you on 27th August to check whether any updates were needed to the delivery address before arranging a redelivery, but unfortunately we did not receive a response.
We would still be happy to help resolve this and arrange for the samples to be sent out again. Please get in touch, and we'll be happy to assist.

Great business
We collected our order, and i was surprised how well organised the staff was. On arrival we reported to the reception. Once we was regestered as there to collect, we had to wait our turn for staff to bring the order to our vehicle, We had to wait about 10 minsutes, which was fine . Staff were all very helpful and apologetic for the wait.
The yard was very neat and tidy.
Overall very impressed

Review zonder uitnodiging
Antwoord van Cladco Profiles® Ltd
Good morning, Debbie,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We understand your disappointment and appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns.
Our Customer Support team investigated this matter and assessed the photographs provided. Based on the information available, the cracking appears to be related to the installation method, specifically insufficient expansion gaps at the end of the boards. As composite decking expands and contracts with changes in temperature, the correct spacing is an important part of the installation guidance and forms part of the warranty requirements.
While we appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, the findings of the investigation indicate that the issue was not caused by a fault with the product itself.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®
