Composite cladding, great But...
Composite cladding, Looks absolutely fabulous. BUT..when you order loads, ensure you check every piece delivered. The cladding itself is heavy and was fine, however the corners come wrapped up in 10s, when needed and opened, several were damaged, and some have crack lines. It's easy for supplier to state check each piece, but the driver may get peed off if time is not on side. We just look for obvious signs. To late to contact, near end of project. Overall, happy with the look, disappointed with some damaged.

Antwoord van Cladco Profiles® Ltd
Good morning, Paul,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and we're pleased to hear that you're happy with the finished look of your composite cladding.
We're sorry to read that some of the corner trims were found to be damaged when unwrapped during installation. As these items are bundled for transport, we do ask that all products are checked on delivery so that any issues can be reported and investigated as quickly as possible. We appreciate that this can be difficult on larger orders, particularly when products remain packaged until they're needed on site.
If you'd like to discuss the damaged trims further, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@cladco.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the affected items, and they'll be happy to review the matter with you.
Thank you again for your balanced feedback, and we're glad the completed project has achieved the look you were hoping for.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®

This is by far the worst shop I have ever had to deal with. I absolutely do not recommend them!
Their website states that delivery takes up to 7 days. After 10 days, I had not only still not received my order, but I had not even received any communication from them informing me that the delivery would be delayed.
Only after contacting them myself did I find out that the material I had already paid for, which was showing as in stock when I placed the order, had been given to someone else.
Nobody contacted me to let me know that the material was no longer available, that my order would not be fulfilled on time, or that the material would not arrive when promised. Zero communication, zero information, and zero responsibility.
The customer service at the shop I called was also extremely disappointing. Instead of actually helping me, all I kept hearing was that there was “nothing they could do.” This is completely unacceptable. I paid for the material, it was available when I placed the order, and the shop gave it to someone else. Yet somehow I am the one who has to deal with the consequences of their mistake.
After 10 days, I still had not even received basic communication about the problem with my order. This is not how customers should be treated.
This is the worst company/shop I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone. And I strongly advise people not to blindly trust all the positive reviews — my experience with this company has been the complete opposite.

Good morning, Pawel,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Our Customer Support Team has been in touch regarding this matter and has investigated the delay to your order. The decking boards required were awaiting an incoming supplier delivery, which unfortunately did not provide sufficient stock to fulfil all outstanding orders. We apologise if the resulting delay was not communicated as clearly as it should have been.
While we appreciate the inconvenience caused, our Terms and Conditions advise that installation arrangements should not be made until all materials have been delivered in full, as unforeseen supply issues can occasionally affect delivery schedules.
As confirmed by our Customer Support Team, we have offered a gesture of goodwill and remain committed to resolving your order as quickly as possible once the incoming stock arrives.

We're sorry to read that your sample pack did not arrive as expected, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Our free sample packs are dispatched via a third-party courier, and although the vast majority arrive without issue, occasional delivery problems can occur. We understand from your review that the tracking information may not have reflected the situation at the delivery address.
Please email customersupport@cladco.co.uk with your details so the team can investigate what happened. Or, if it would help avoid delaying your project planning, you're also welcome to place another free sample order.

As a retired architect I chose the cladding based on colour selection and clean design.
My joiner found the installation simple and straightforward and produced an excellent finished product.
If there was one drawback in your system it would be that the corner trim had to be jointed due to length limitations.
Otherwise an excellent product!

Good afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really sorry to hear that your experience has not met expectations.
We understand how frustrating it can be when there are issues with an order and when a resolution takes longer than anticipated. This matter has been under review with our team, who have been in contact regarding the items in question and the arrangements for their return and collection. Unfortunately, a recent collection had to be rescheduled due to circumstances outside of our control, and this was communicated directly as soon as possible.
If there is anything further you would like to discuss, please continue corresponding with our team, and we will do our best to assist.
