Good afternoon, Lexie,
We're sorry to hear that your samples did not arrive as expected.
Following your order, we emailed to advise that the Hazel sample was temporarily out of stock and would be sent once new stock arrived. As we haven't received any further correspondence from you, we're unable to confirm what may have happened after dispatch.
Free sample packs are sent via a third-party courier, and while most arrive without issue, occasional delivery problems can occur.
Please email customersupport@cladco.co.uk with your order details so the team can investigate this for you. If it would help avoid any further delay to your project planning, you're also welcome to place another free sample order.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®

There was a bit of miscommunication as asked for solid board, and hollow turned up ,we returned and had to pay extra to get what we asked for as I don't like using hollow plank. Would say with the composite posts for fence, would recommend a allium lining as everyone was bowed like a boomerang. Top caps need a bit more care when making as poor finish, try and use a courier you can track and give a time to client as we waiting from 7.30 am for a delivery that arrived at 3.45 comple waste of money for 2 people

Delivery didn't arrive
Poor service - we paid £160.00 + VAT for delivery for one singular roof sheet, delivery was longer than anticipated (15 days from point of ordering) & then when the delivery date did eventually come, the delivery was cancelled the same morning as the 'lorry broke down'. We chased for a new delivery date with no success & ended up collecting it instead.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay to your order and the cancellation of the scheduled delivery due to a vehicle breakdown.
While the breakdown was an unforeseen issue outside of our control, it was an isolated incident and not representative of our usual delivery service. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the issue prevented the scheduled delivery from taking place. We appreciate that, following the extended lead time, this was disappointing.
After speaking with our Sales Team, arrangements were made for the roof sheet to be collected directly from Cladco Profiles®, allowing you to receive the product without any further delay.
Regarding the delivery charge, our delivery costs reflect the specialist vehicles, handling, packing and logistics required to transport roofing materials safely, regardless of order size.
We appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for review.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®
Excellent company to deal with
Website was really easy to use and the phone was answered promptly when I had a query. It was brilliant that you sent samples.. and fast! The product was delivered promptly and by a really lovely guy (Sam) who is an excellent marketer of your company - you clearly are a great organisation to work for!
The only comment I would make was that delivery dates were a bit confused as part of my order was delivered by a 3rd party and part by yourselves so I was getting conflicting emails, not realising it was a split order.

I HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED FENCING FROM YOUR COMPANY ON 2 OCCASIONS FOR 2 DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF OUR GARDEN. REPLACING WOODEN FENCING WITH THE COMPOSITE FROM YOU. WE WERE VERY HAPPY FIRST TIME ROUND. WE WANTED TO MAKE THE NEXT PART LOOK AS GOOD AND ORDERED AGAIN FROM YOU. AT THE END WE HAD SOME PANELS & 2 POSTS LEFT OVER WHICH OUR JOINER CAME BACK TO USE UP REPLACING 2 LOW FENCES IN FRONT GARDEN. WE THEREFORE PHONED YOURSELVES TO SEE IF WE COULD ORDER SOME MORE POST CAPS TO FINISH THINGS OFF. THIS WAS POSSIBLE THESE CAME QUICKLY & WELL PACKED. VERY HAPPY TO USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. GREAT PRODUCT ALL ROUND.

Composite cladding, great But...
Composite cladding, Looks absolutely fabulous. BUT..when you order loads, ensure you check every piece delivered. The cladding itself is heavy and was fine, however the corners come wrapped up in 10s, when needed and opened, several were damaged, and some have crack lines. It's easy for supplier to state check each piece, but the driver may get peed off if time is not on side. We just look for obvious signs. To late to contact, near end of project. Overall, happy with the look, disappointed with some damaged.

Antwoord van Cladco Profiles® Ltd
Good morning, Paul,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and we're pleased to hear that you're happy with the finished look of your composite cladding.
We're sorry to read that some of the corner trims were found to be damaged when unwrapped during installation. As these items are bundled for transport, we do ask that all products are checked on delivery so that any issues can be reported and investigated as quickly as possible. We appreciate that this can be difficult on larger orders, particularly when products remain packaged until they're needed on site.
If you'd like to discuss the damaged trims further, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@cladco.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the affected items, and they'll be happy to review the matter with you.
Thank you again for your balanced feedback, and we're glad the completed project has achieved the look you were hoping for.
