Customer service is terrible.
Customer service is terrible.
Sent an email twice about the delivery and didn't get a reply. Chased it with a phone call who basically said sorry and sent an email with a complaint. Really poor considering they say they are family run and charge so much.

Good afternoon, Damon,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found the team helpful with pricing and advice, and that you're pleased with how the finished installation looks on your garden office. It's also great to know our delivery driver made a positive impression and was able to help on the day.
We appreciate your comments regarding the touch-up paint. Our touch-up paint is intended for small, localised repairs rather than larger surface areas, and because it is applied separately from the factory coating, there can sometimes be a visible difference in appearance. We always recommend checking the colour match before application and using it only where needed. That said, we're grateful for you highlighting your experience.
If you'd be happy to share a photograph of your completed garden office, we'd love to see the finished result. With your permission, we may even be able to feature it on our website or social channels.
Kind regards,

Good afternoon, Sam,
We're sorry to read that you were disappointed with the condition of the roofing sheets on arrival.

If the sheets were received with creasing or paint damage, we would encourage you to contact our Customer Support team with photographs and your order details so the matter can be looked into further.
In relation to the fibre cement cladding boards, we do not currently offer a colour-matched touch-up paint, and no touch-up paint is supplied with this product. As outlined within our product information and installation guidance.
If there are any outstanding concerns regarding your order or delivery, please contact customersupport@cladco.co.uk with the relevant details so the team can review them directly.

Surprised that all the appropriate…
Surprised that all the appropriate fixings weren't supplied or advised to purchase as someone at Cladco told me that the warranty on the product would be void if appropriate fixings were not used.
The bullnose pieces purchased to go around the edge of the deck are a slightly different colour than the decking pieces although listed as the same colour.
Disappointed to find the deck retains water after rain showers, I had expected it to run off.
20 augustus 2026
Antwoord van Cladco Profiles® Ltd
Good morning,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that aspects of your project did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the fixings, Signature composite decking boards must be installed using the specified fixing system and in line with the installation guidance for warranty consideration.
With regard to the bullnose boards, they are designed to frame and border decking rather than provide an exact visual match. As noted within the product information and installation guidance, slight colour variations can occur and may be more noticeable in wet or dry conditions. For customers looking to create a picture-frame effect, we often recommend selecting a contrasting colour.
On the subject of water retention, our installation guidance recommends incorporating a slight slope into the decking structure to encourage water run-off, alongside the required board spacing created by the fixing system. Composite decking has a textured surface designed to provide grip underfoot, so some moisture may remain on the surface temporarily after rainfall, but the installation should allow water to drain away effectively.
We appreciate you taking the time to share these observations, as customer feedback helps us improve both our product information and customer experience.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®

Excellent products (Signature Solid Composite Decking and Battens) easy to cut and fix. Shame about the high delivery costs, but offset a bit by the offer on bullnose boards.
