Antwoord van Cladco Profiles® Ltd
Good morning, Kevin,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected to reach you and that three pieces of trim arrived damaged.
Having reviewed the order notes, our records show that delivery was initially attempted twice by Parcelforce but was unsuccessful as nobody was available to accept the parcel. Following your email, we contacted the courier and arranged for the order to be sent back out with instructions to leave it in the agreed safe place if no one was available at the property.
We're also concerned to hear about the damaged trim pieces. If you have not already done so, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@cladco.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the damage so the team can review this for you.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®

Good morning, Jonathan,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found our website informative, the sample ordering process straightforward, and that your samples arrived promptly and met your expectations.
We appreciate your comments regarding delivery costs and the availability of local stockists. As many of our products are long, heavy or specialist building materials, delivery charges reflect the handling, packing and transport requirements involved, regardless of order size. We do regularly review these costs and also offer free collection from our Okehampton and Andover depots.
