Good afternoon, Helder,
Thank you for your review.
We are very sorry that your order was affected by a picking error and for the inconvenience this caused to your project. We were also disappointed to hear about your experience with the delivery driver, and this feedback has been passed on for investigation with our Transport Department and the third-party haulier involved.
We've been in touch directly to arrange replacement of the incorrect boards and collection of the originals, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to put things right.
