I would give 0 if I could. I ordered an outfit in February to be dispatched in April. This was for my daughter’s birthday in May. I have emailed and I have had no response but that their shipping process is intense. It hasn’t came in time for my event and it’s disappointing they do a pre order and don’t send the item as promised.

Recently got treated to some Lilac pleated pyjamas for Mother’s Day, and when they come I was instantly obsessed !! My partner had added my initials on and it was the nicest touch. Also the packaging is AMAZING 🖤🖤🖤

I’ve been buying from Clarke and beau since the brand started out, the quality has always been insane and it just keeps getting better!! Our latest items are swimwear and wow , once again the design and quality is superior! Customer service is 11/10. Beware you might want to buy everything on the website, that’s my only problem!

Ordered a few times from Clark & beau, all I can say is outstanding from the emails keeping myself up to date, the early access to certain drops, can’t fault it! Lindsey and the team are phenomenal at what they do! The clothes they drop are super stylish but elegant in the same breath! Packaging again is outstanding always a little something in there! Lindsey always meets late orders if I forget a birthday haha . She saves the day :) . Quality and designs have been on point for years , always love the new release’s :)

The clothing and designs that Clark & Beau produced are one thing but what sets them apart from many other clothing companies is the engagement and care for their customers.

There are constant order updates, so you never feel like it’s been forgotten if preorder, they do what they can do to accommodate sending out if need for a specific date and I once selected embroidery and didn’t fill out the initial box are they personally rang me and was very pleasant about it. The customer service really is beyond amazing.

The quality, designs and journey of the order is all with the customer in mind and it’s great to see some of the behind the scenes too!
