I haven’t received my order on time no update for order it’s not good customer service at all

We went to the longwell Green branch in Bristol and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Chloe. She was helpful and informative and we walked out with a new pair of school shoes for my 3 year in less than 10 minutes.

Em primer lugar decir que ha tardado mucho tiempo en producirse el reembolso de la devolución, desde el 6 de julio al 9 de agosto. En segundo lugar en todo el tiempo no he tenido información de cómo iba la gestión de mi devolución, a no ser que yo me enviase varios emails para saber cómo iba todo. En tercer lugar una pésima atención al cliente, no hay ningún número de teléfono al que llamar solo es a través de email. Ha sido una mala experiencia en el proceso de devolución. Mejoren el sistema de atención al cliente faciliten un número de teléfono y sean más claro y más comunicativo y más rápido en resolver el reembolso, pues cuando hacemos una compra On línea en el mismo momento nos cobran el importe, por qué no hacen lo mismo cuando han reicibido el artículo en sus almacenes y hacen el reembolso en ese mismo instante?? En mi caso han tardado más de un mes en devolverme el dinero . Pésima mi experiencia. Me pensaré muy mucho una nueva compran On línea en Clarks.

She was terrific. Compared to us Americans that way seem to be in a hurry all the time. I so much did not want to finish our conversation. Don't change your ways. They are wonderful!!!!! GOD BLESS ENGLAND.

We visited the Mander Centre Shop in Wolverhampton. Very difficult circumstances. The staff were wonderful they helped in every way possible. Found lovely shoes for my partner.
