Solved my issues with utmost care and professionally

Great customer service from Janet at the Ilford store - she helped us so much when buying our toddlers shoes - thanks and keep up the great work!

We were served by Amrit (Ilford branch). She was absolutely pleasant and professional. She was really patient with my son and made the experience easy. It's obvious she loves her job and you can tell she's amazing with children. Thank you!

I went to the Ilford branch today to purchase school shoes for my four children. Sabrina was absolutely amazing. My shopping trip was done with so much ease thanks to her. She was kind, attentive and helped me greatly ☺️

The whole experience was very good. I had a collection and tried the shoe in store and it was not the right fit. Tried on another size and different width and got the right fit. The shoes were exchanged then and there, no hassle. I really like my shoe and happy to wear every time.

Excellent and high quality customer service at the Ilford branch, which is very rare now. Hema, Tanya and the Manager were attentive, very friendly and had fantastic product knowledge. They made me feel welcome and comfortable . Great job with the add on sales too. Very well done - highly recommended.

Worse possible customer service. The manager today was useless and ignorant and she tried force me to take another pair of shoes for a faulty pair purchased only 2 months ago. I knew my rights and stood my ground and told her no I wanted a refund to cut a long story short her face was as if she was about to swear at me when I pointed this out she got upset and told me she wasn’t to serve me anymore I didn’t care as I knew I was in the right and she was ignorant. The rude ignorant lady then proceeded to shout at me literally across the shop floor in front of customers and my kids. Well done love you ignorant woman. You showed your true colours of being ignorant. Don’t go here it’s not worth it their shoes are very poor quality I even showed her a brand new pair from the shelf as to how it’s already coming apart but the ignorant lady didn’t want her sales for the day to go down by £50 if she refunded me. Very very ignorant of her.

I had a great couple of interactions with Claire at the Ilford branch. She was kind and very engaged with my son. 10/10!

Collected my order from my local Clarks store and it was quick and easy. Returns are easy too. I only wear Clarks shoes. So comfortable.

Awful customer service. Won’t be returning to the Ilford branch. Shop was relatively empty (2 other customers). I stood at the “till area” waiting to pay whilst the man (I think who seemed the branch manager- brown skinned- possibly Indian descent) stood around daydreaming/just looking. He was walking around totally ignoring me…..5/10mins later I asked if he could serve me as I needed to pay….to which he replied the tills were mobile. I made my payment and was about to leave but then needed to purchase another item. So I waited for them to assist…. To which this man replied… I needed to come to the “till area”!!!! (Despite telling me a till area doesn’t exist!!!!) Clark’s…. Please train your staff about customer service…. Or remove them. A customer lost to Geox who have impeccable service every time!

We have just finished purchasing school shoes from the Ilford Clarks store. Yusuf was fantastic, he listened to our initial requests, provided relevant feedback and was very patience with both our children. He is a credit to the store.

To be honest I was guessing that I would spending at least a couple of hours in the store.
Luckily me and my son were served from Sabrina, prompt and quick, friendly and polite.
