Really lovely first shoe shopping experience for our toddler. Dalia in Northampton was so lovely. Our little one was a bit scared, Dalia was really gentle and friendly and he soon felt confident enough to explore the store in his new shoes!

Kally at the Northampton Store is amazing. She really helped me when it came to find a way to fix the suede on my shoes!

I want to praise Kally from Northampton branch. As a woman customer with shoe size 10 it is difficult to find shoes for myself. But Kally made my shoe shopping experience enjoyable again. She showed me unisex options from man section. And today as I was struggling to find right size between size 10 and 11,she proposed to me to order size 10.5 in store, to try it on. I truly appreciate Kally's effort and help. Thank you.❤️

Excellent service from Shane in the Northampton branch. He was friendly, patient, encouraging but without making me feel pressured into making a purchase.

Ok the shoes may be great but it’s almost impossible to order them online without getting deeply frustrated. The shoe size calculator ( yes I bought their gauge ) doesn’t work and the boys feet are growing daily! Just gone to a competitor cheaper but next day delivery

Called into store this morning to see what boots were available. The shop was quite busy but with Lidias help I purchased 3 pairs, a pair of boot trees for the tall boots and some protection spray. Thank you Lidia.

We took our baby girl into Northampton Clark’s to get her second ever pair of shoes. We were served by Grace. She was so patient and kind to us all and made us all feel welcome. The manager Lidia was also very kind to us. We are so happy with the shoes for our little one. Thank you
