Fantastic customer service provided by Grace at the Northampton branch where I was buying shoes for my 1 year old granddaughter. Grace was very patient as we were waiting on my wife to join us and my granddaughters attention was waning, Grace intervened to keep her engaged.

Wonderful service from Crystal, very well organised and even though they were incredibly busy, she took the time to fit my son’s shoes properly.

Liam attended to me and the boys today and he was absolutely amazing. Made my kids feel excited and at ease getting measured and fitted. Although I had to order for one of the shoes online as the design wasn't available in store, but Liam was able to help me find a lovely replacement for my other son.
Will definitely come instore again.

My 5 year old daughter absolutely hates people near her feet and measuring them can be quiet challenging, but Beau was absolutely fantastic and she helped ease my daughter and even got her to pick some shoes out herself. By the time we left, she was so happy she got her shoes and skipped out the shop with a massive smile on her face.

I visited the Northampton Branch 5506 to get new school shoes for my daughter. Liam was superb, very attentive and great with my daughter. This was by far the best customer service and experience we’ve had at Clark’s. Thank you Liam

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I came back to Clarks because I bought Clarks shoes for my 3 boys last year and they lasted the whole school year, my boys are 6, 10 and 13 and it’s great to be able to get them all in the same place and trust the quality. Shakira sized my son’s feet accurately and helped so efficiently and promptly. Il always return for the above reasons.

My daughter has sensory issues with shoes and finds it extremely difficult to find shoes that feel right for her. Shane did not hurry us and got us every shoe in the school shoes section one by one till we found the perfect pair.
Shane was extremely helpful with recommendations and was very polite, I do not normally write reviews but after our experience in which we were there an hour I thought he deserved it.
