We were served at Clark’s, Rushden lakes today by a lovely young gentleman called Reuben. My husband struggles with his mobility and was unable to sit down on the shop seating as it was too low, so he went and found a chair so he could try his shoes on in comfort. Such a polite and considerate person, a credit to Clark’s!!! Thankyou Reuben

Excellent customer service from Reuben he listened to the problems regarding my feet and gave his honest opinion on what shoes looked best, not too over the top dales pitch just perfect !!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My feet were measured and the right size shoes were brought out and fitted perfectly. Service was very quick.

Great service as always from Clarks, Will was friendly, helpful & found the perfect pair of school shoes for my 14 year old son. Would highly recommend.

Chantelle was wonderful. This was my forst time with podiatry produced insoles and Chantelle was so kind and helpful and instantly put me at my ease. I am very pleased with my new shoes and will be back for more. Thankyou

I had been looking for a good pair of sturdy boots for this season, as my size makes it difficult to find shoes that fit , I went to Rushden Lakes Clark’s store in Northamptonshire,the shop assistant Mhairi was really helpful,knowledgeable,and professional.came away very pleased with my purchase,will definitely go back again.😃

It’s incredibly difficult to get proper boots due to physical issues but Jasmine went out of her way to sort it out. So pleased with the purchase.

I wanted to write a review about my experience in the Clarke store in Rushden because I feel it is the kind of service you should receive in stores, but sadly it is not common anymore. Emily went above and beyond to help my daughter she is only one and it became quite clear that I’ve been given the wrong advice in a Clark’s store elsewhere. We finally managed to find the right pair for my 12 month old baby. I am really grateful for Emily spending the time with me and I will definitely return to this Store. Not only did she take time to help my baby but she also kept my little boy who is three entertained which is a hard job on its own thank you Emily, we will be back.

Great experience shopping for 2 pairs of shoes with my 2 toddlers. Mhairi was fantastic, speaking with the kids and engaging in conversation with them. Mhairi talked me through everything and explained the fit for each child. Really positive experience!

I could not find what I was looking for, but Mhairi, the shop assistant I approached to help me could not have done more.
