Great customer service from Rueben. He found a great pair of school shoes that my daughter loves and can't wait to wear!

Favour at the Rushden Lakes branch was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and very helpful during our trip for my 2 daughters’ school shoes. It was extremely busy as it was the last Saturday before school returns but she was cool & calm and didn’t make us feel rushed.

Aaralyn from the Rushden Lakes store was so patient with us, we didn’t feel like we were being rushed despite being so busy. She was so helpful, polite and really professional.

We had such a lovely experience at the Rushden Lakes Clarks store today thanks to Aisha. She helped us choose our boys’ school shoes and our little girl’s special “princess” shoes, and was absolutely brilliant throughout. Despite the store being extremely busy, Aisha was polite, friendly, and so patient with us. She made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable for the kids. We honestly couldn’t fault her at all, she really went above and beyond. Staff like Aisha truly make a difference and she definitely deserves recognition, a bonus or even a pay rise for the wonderful service she provides.

On arrival greeted with a lovey smile from the young girl at the front of the store who explained how long the wait would be for fitting school shoes. We didn't have to wait long as Tori looked after us and assisted us getting the correct fitting and shoes for my son. The staff at the Rushden store were polite, professional with alot of patience. Thank you

Jermaine at Rushden Lakes helped me yesterday and I can honestly say he was amazing. He did not have an easy task at all but he went out of his way to be helpful, kind and patient whilst also not triggering anything with the child getting shoes. I honestly cannot thank him enough and I couldn’t have done it without him.

Went to clarks in rushden lakes today and was helped by a lady called chantelle, She was absolutely amazing!!!!!!. She was so polite,helpful,knowledgeable and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I don't normally leave reviews but I just had too! I even spoke to the manager and said what a fantastic service we recieved from chantelle.

My husband, daughter and I all wanted trainers. We found the shop so busy with school children needing to be sorted out but Charlie immediately came to us and took us to one side. She was lovely and so efficient plus we all got what we wanted. Excellent experience!

We were served by Katie at Rushden Lakes branch. She was super helpful, polite with the kids as well as us. Katie brought out a variety of styles for them to try after the measurements were taken.

Today we went to Rushden Lakes store to get my daughter’s first pair of school shoes. I expected a long wait but it was well organised and we only waited 5ish minutes, which was spent looking at shoes. We were served by Abbie who was brilliant with my daughter who was not so keen on school shoes. Abbie, showed us a range of options that would suit my daughter, she was patient and kind when my daughter wasn’t too keen and needed a-bit of encouragement! We left the store with her first pair of school shoes all of us having had a positive experience.

We went to buy new school shoes for our son on a very busy Saturday. Daniel was fantastic, patient and helpful. He also made time to measure our daughters feet at the same time, so both kids came out with new shoes! Emily who checked us out afterwards was also super lovely. Excellent service all round!

Evie was very patient and helpful in assisting me to choose my school shoes and trainers. She gave good advice with regards to the potential problems in wearing new shoes. She listened to me and never once tried to push me in any particular direction.

A warm welcome to start off with. I already had an idea to look at the new walking shoes (specifically designed for walking rather than just another set of trainers).
Pace shoes come in a variety of colours and also half sizes. I thought I was 5 1/2, but Charlie was there to assist, they did look a little tight, so she found me some 6s which fitted like a dream. Also advised me that they weren't waterproof but with an additional spray that could make them a bit more resistant to showers. Sorted!
Next... she helped my husband get the right size of the same shoe. So now we're hoping that these will last a lot longer than the Skechers we had for our dog walks!

Charlie at Clarks Rushden lakes was AMAZING. She had a smile on her face constantly, making her appearance easy to communicate with as someone who struggles with in store shopping she took care and patience with myself.
I would highly recommend anyone who visits this store to speak to Charlie.

She took high patience when taking care of my sons from sizing his feet correctly, I now have a very happy son who is finally looking forward to going back to school. The shoe care she sold us was brilliant and even will pop in store to buy myself some.

Everyone we came across was lovely. When we were being consulted, we had a lovely person named Will to help and he was extremely helpful in making the experience quick easy and less stressful.

Reuben was amazing and really helpful. He put our daughter at ease which turned our experience into a great one.
