Me and my son went to the speke store unsure weather we could get shoes that he would be comfortable in. As he has flat feet.
As we walked in the manager was amazing she asked what we were looking for and we explained what we needed. Amazing service then she transfered us over to a member of staff called Eva who took over and brought us a good few per of shoes. We were able to purchase a lovely pair for him. So thankyou for your amazing service. 👏

Reagon was brilliant today, we went into Clarks in Speke Liverpool and she fitted Luca for his first pair of shoes!
She was so lovely and looked after us and advised us on the shoes and when to come back for his feet to be resized

Reagan was amazing and very attentive with my 4 year old granddaughter.
Made my granddaughter feel special and helped her with her choice of shoes.
Reagan is so thoughtful and polite, such an asset to Clark’s.

Reagan in Speke, Liverpool, was wonderful when we were choosing new school shoes for my daughter today.
She was very knowledgable and helpful, and she chatted away to my daughter about school. A very efficient and kind member of staff.

Recently visited our local Clark’s in Speke for school shoes and a toddler foot measure. Left it quite last minute so I was expecting it to be busy and stressful but we were seen to promptly, took a seat and only waited about 30 seconds until we were seen to by Reagan. Reagan was friendly and put us all at ease. She as great with my 9 year old and my toddler. She helped my 9 year old to make a good selection and we all left very happy. I was so pleased with our experience with Regan and the team at Clark’s. Thank you so much for making it easy and stress free!

Reagan was very helpful helping me choose a pair of shoes for work and measuring my feet !

Sara at Clarks in Speke Liverpool was fantastic. My daughter is on the spectrum and was really struggling with the fitting and buying school shoes. Sara was very caring and tried her best to find my daughter shoes that she liked and felt comfortable in. She remained calm and kind even when things got difficult for my daughter. She helped us find the perfect shoes after we thought we had to leave and go home without shoes.

We went to the autism appointment this morning Sunday 25th August 2024. We was fitted and served by Nadia. Both my children have additional needs. Alfie was only with me today. She made him feel calm and she was patient. Alfie said she made his day happy. He also said she was lovely lady. Being a mum of 2 boys with additional needs. Thankyou so much Nadia. You made Alfie's day and he won't forget it. How he's been talking about you. Means how much he's appreciates how you made him feel. Treasure nadia at all costs clarkes.

Just left Clarks in Speke which was super busy, being the last couple of weeks of the school holiday. It was crowded but the shop ran like clockwork and we were served quickly by Reagan, a very patient, knowledgeable and efficient lady. Thank you for making this a pleasant shopping experience in extreme circumstances. All staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful, including Ella who served at the till.

Served by Reagan at Speke Clarks for new school shoes. Our son is 7 and autistic, it was busy and noisy in the shop and he was becoming agitated. Reagan handled it all superbly with care and compassion and quickly cottoned on to his needs. Very impressed with her skills for SEN children.

Our server Lily at the Speke Liverpool store was extremely helpful and patient with my 7 year old. A lovely experience.

Daisy was great with my children.
Whilst they didn’t have the shoes we wanted she went and gathered a range of similar shoes and tried a number of sizes on the children until she found the most suitable.
Daisy also gave the option to order the shoes online, however we were happy with some provided and made the purchase.
Nothing was too much trouble.
