Clean Eatz Kitchen Reviews 

All had chopped or shredded meat, diced potatoes and some with at least 50 or more ingredients listed. Everything is cut up like it was to be served to a child. Sheppard pie tasted like bar-b-que beef. You're left still hungry because portion are small in some instances. Flavor? Some too spicy and others very bland. I will not order from them again. So far, the worst meal delivery company out there.

The food was ok. The actual food doesn't look like anything in the pic from their website, but no company does this either. My biggest complaint is they ignore to "opt out" of marketing emails and send very frequent spam. I finally had to create a Gmail filter to automatically delete these spam emails as they came into my inbox. For this, I'm taking away two stars.

EDIT: Replying to Clean Eatz Kitchen response, I've never been to your website before placing my first order. So no, I don't have multiple email addresses with your server. I got my first spam email within 24 hours of placing my first order even though I clearly checked the box to "opt-out" of marketing emails during the checkout process.

I ordered twice. 10 meals each time. Both times the food arrived completely thawed. The first time the box arrived 2 days after expected delivery so I expected it and thankfully they refunded me. I ordered a second time using my refunded money and this time the box arrived completely ontime and there wasn't a single bit of ice in the box and every single meal was thawed and warm to the touch.

Most of the meals I received were bad. Some were spicy and no othrwise flaver. This week I ordered 10 more fibor meals and they sent me 5 meals 2 each of the same. Overall the only good thing is the deliver by UPS and on time with very good packaging.

Ordered from the “cafe”. Got home and one meal was frozen and was past its expiration date. When I called for clarity, the owner was rude, saying it was my fault, and laughed when I called a flatbread a sandwich. Then said the food wasn't expired, as it was made the day before (two days past the expiration date), and that there was human error on the label anyway. No resolution. Just frozen, expired, “fresh” cafe food and demeaning customer service. Do not go here.

First off I never do reviews, but I was so surprised I felt i needed to leave a review. First off, I couldn't believe how big the portions were. It was like eating a full meal. I just got my 1st order today and I ate the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Chicken. I expected a cardboard piece of chicken, no, it was so tender and east to cut with a fork, and not a single piece of fat. I am definitely looking forward to trying the other ones I received!!

This was our first order from Clean Eatz Kitchen, and the experience was a complete mess.

We ordered 18 meals and carefully selected the specific meals we wanted. When the shipment arrived, none of the meals were what we remembered selecting. I then checked the order confirmation and discovered that it listed entirely different meals from the ones we had chosen.

Even worse, the shipment did not match that incorrect confirmation either. Several of the meals listed on the packing sheet were not included, and we received only 13 of the 18 meals we paid for. Five meals were completely missing.

This was not one minor substitution or packing mistake. Every part of the order was wrong: the selections submitted by the website, the confirmation, the actual contents of the shipment, and even the total quantity received.

We chose Clean Eatz because we wanted the convenience of selecting specific prepared meals for the week. Instead, we received a random assortment we did not order and were shorted nearly one-third of the order. Now we have to document everything, contact customer service, and make other meal arrangements—the exact opposite of convenience.

I expect a full refund, not store credit or a partial credit for only the missing meals. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Clean Eatz Kitchen.

This was my son’s first order because he’s starting a health journey and thought this would be a convenient, healthy option. Unfortunately, it was a terrible first impression. All 10 meals arrived completely thawed and warm, with no dry ice left in the box. The packaging was soggy, and four of the meals were either cut open or unsealed. Every single meal had to be thrown away. To their credit, they refunded his money after he emailed customer service, but it shouldn’t have come to that. Food that is supposed to arrive frozen should be delivered safely and properly packaged.
After reading other reviews, it appears this isn’t an isolated incident. Hopefully the company addresses these shipping issues, but based on our experience, I can’t recommend them.

4 of my items, breakfast burritos, were not in the package. My invoice listed all items are in the box. And suspiciously enough those 4 items were circled. Anyone guess what that means.

Also 3 out of my ten meals were not sealed. The plastic film was never attached on one end. Horrible quality control.

I had one meal so far. It was good, filling, and low in sodium. Sadly I will not be ordering again because of quality control issues, which I don't seem to be the only one with this experience.

Beware ~ DO NOT order from here. My food came warm and they wouldn’t replace or give me my money back. In fact I couldn’t even get a hold of them at first and had to go to my pay source for help. A lot of money. Even the stores say they can’t order from them because it doesn’t come.

Go to Clean Eatz locally. They are the best!!

Eat at your own risk. The food is disgusting and arrived with three of the ten meals bashed up and inedible. There is no way to call them and they don’t respond to emails. This company is going downhill fast.

EDIT: to respond to CEK’s reply - that’s not the point. It’s annoying to order food and have a third of it be inedible and have to make other plans. PLUS, as I said, the food isn’t good anyway. See ya 👋🏻

I have received two broken dinners from two separate orders. It took two weeks for them to refund the first one and it's been 3 weeks since I've emailed them about the other dinner and haven't heard back. They don't take calls and really don't answer emails. They will start losing business fast once people realize this .

Custom service would not return my calls or emails. The mail meal program box I got was disgusting. Threw most away! Once you pay, you will not get a refund. Will never deal with this place. Factor meals are so much better quality.

Love my meal prep and will order again. Not everything is my favorite but the breakfast sandwiches are my favorite and quick easy to go options

Pizzas delivered with box completely crushed and opened, pizzas not frozen or cold. They said they would not refund so I disputed credit card. They then said they would refund or replace if it wasn't in dispute. Dispute closed and they never answered any messages to refund or replace like they said they would do. They lied and then never responded again. I had been ordering from them for a year.

My husband and I love clean eatz and have been ordering for several months.
We have had a couple of instances where meals have come thawed and believe it may be because the shipping is taking to long with UPS. However Clean Eatz has always made it right and resent the meals or provided credits.
We love most of the meals. We found our go to meals and generally reorder the same ones.
The pizzas are great and we love them as an alternative to ordering pizza.

I spent over $1500 with CleanEatzKitchen.com. The food was okay, it was good enough to continue. Then twice within one month, my meals arrived not frozen. Both times, the internal temp was over 50 degrees F. The first time, they sent me a new order. The second time, they said no, to freeze my items immediately. I guess they want me to get sick. Either way, I'm done with them and I don't suggest you use them at all.

I ordered a month of meals from this company. If they run out of a product they will send you want they want. The meals are almost inedible. I had the throw away 20 meals

I've been doing this meal service for a 3 months now and they can never get their shipping correct. Some weeks I get it in two days or 3 days but I ordered last week and now its been one full week and it just shipped?! how am I suppose to plan my food for the week if it takes weeks to get it? I wouldn't recommend anymore as they cant have a steady day it comes.
