This is such any easy application with lots of support and guidance

I can not imagine how to cope with all the customer without a software. I like it a lot. Have not find yet any details to improve.

I've tried all the other software for window cleaners - but I've gone back to this one each time.
People say it needs to catch up with the times but I don't get why. It does everything you need and it's incredibly simple to use. The app is simple, no bugs. All the others seem to have bugs or are just way too complicated. Great customer support too. I love the debts list. It's great how it keeps the debts by rounds. Gocardless is really easy to connect to. It feels like YOU are in control. The other software out there feels like THEY are in control. Everyone else is just trying to reinvent the wheel. I could not do without this now.

Firstly the software is brilliant for my businesses needs but the customer service is really what makes cleanerplanner shine. We've had a few issues with us incorrectly moving our work schedule (we are still learning) and customer support have been fantastic in sorting our errors out and tutoring us on how to complete the shifts in the future.
I am extremely confident that any issues can be resolved by their customer support team, truly brilliant and very quick to respond!

The company is very well organised and especially when you get them to call you back to discuss a problem as when they ring you a lovely lady called Sarah who will listen to your problem and explain to you how to put things right as she is very knowledgeable.

Easy to use. Be better if you could edit more things on the app and delete customers whilst working.

Great product for my window cleaning business. Great support I would recommend this for any window cleaner wanting to schedule their workload.

Very helpful when starting up. Been using now for a couple of months and still finding new things to make the job smoother. VAT is easy to work out etc.

Cleaner Planner is not only a perfect scheduling app but it’s also good for assisting with submitting your annual tax returns

The team are so helpful and any time I had a problem (even in the free trial phase) they were more than happy to assist. This happened 3 or 4 times and every time they managed to help, and always with clear and effective communication. Plus the software is excellent, brilliantly powerful and does what I need it to and more.

Great bit of kit ,gets rid of all the paper work.time saver.should have got it years ago.

Happy with Cleaner Planner. I use it for window cleaning.

It’s simple to follow and I like the interface. The app for some reason has a low rating on the App Store, but I’ve found decent. It’s simple and does what I need it to do.

When I first started using the app, I wasn’t sure of how to use it, so I got a call back from cleaner planner and spoke on the phone for about half an hour and I was walked through everything I wasn’t sure about.

Simple and easy to use interface, both for mobile app as well as on the computer. The team reached out to me not longer after I signed up which was great as I had a few questions. They answered all my questions and helped me straighten out the mess I’d made of my setup. Absolutely amazing and super helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Works well for me
