We’ve been using Squeegee for our cleaning business and it’s been a massive improvement. It’s saved us so much time day to day - automatic invoicing is brilliant, the 2-way texting is really useful, and the route optimisation makes a big difference to how efficiently we work.

What really stands out, though, is the support. I’ve asked plenty of questions and every time the team have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Holly, but everyone we’ve dealt with has been great.

The software is excellent, but it’s the people behind it that really make it.

Just started using squeegee and the payment I’m getting back in the form of time is fantastic. It’s so user friendly and eliminates virtually all administration at the end of my day.

Once you’ve got the hang of all the features it is easy to use, help is quickly on hand if you have any questions or queries. They listen to suggestions and keep working to continually improve the app. Would definitely recommend them, we use them for both our businesses.

Having been a window cleaner for nearly 40 years, I subscribed to Squeegee about 2 years ago. Combining squeegee with GoCardless is a game changer the way wfp was to window cleaning. I wouldn't want to be without my wfp and I wouldn't want to be without Squeegee!

At the start of 2025 I started up my own business window cleaning and other services in that line of work I was getting so confused with bits of paper and my notes on my phone I didn’t know what day of the week I was going to and where I was supposed to be,that’s when I found squeegee! Not only was it very easy to set up it was a so easy to follow and create my scheduling not only that but my invoices my reports my financials for the month and year and so much more it really is everything I need in one place.i couldnt recommend squeegee enough !

They are faultless and best software and team on the market. I've moved over from Cleaner Planner and should have done the swap over years ago. Blown away by there attention to detail and help with moving over to there software.

They help every step of the way and don't mind sorting out big and small issues out for you as and when they come about.

It makes scheduling work easier than ever. Not one bad thing I can honestly say about this company. They are truly the best out there. :- )

If you want to have a life of less problems with rotas/ vat returns and to even day to day running of your company. This is the company and software to invest your time and money to.

Great all round app, keeps everything in one place from job scheduling to customer invoicing.

The odd teething problem with setting up, however staff are polite, really helpful and quick to amend any issues.

Highly recommend other businesses to start using squeegee.

This app help us to be more organised and save a lot of time. Also have a better understanding of our work, time to do the jobs, send invoices on the spot and reconcile payments so we know our cash flow instantly. If you think you are better to organise your work on spread sheet believe me this app will change your work saving a lot of time and help you in many aspects with your business.

Fantastic company and software, any issues I think i might have i send and email and shortly after I get a detailed response how to fix it. Mostly due to me being silly haha.

We’ve been using Squeegee App for our window cleaning business for years now and we couldn’t be without it. It has become a staple feature in running our business smoothly because of the automatic messaging and invoicing. Support is second to none, any issues we’ve ever had have been resolved at lightning speed. 100% recommended!

It's okay, the schedueling is great and works very well, no complaints there, but the invoicing / quotes system is bulky and ugly. It also does not really work and translations are not good. I contacted support with some remarks on very weird translations half a year ago, they would take it up but since then those have not been changed.

So it does what it needs to do, in English and foe UK it is probably the best thing there is, but for non-english customers I think improvements are needed...

Absolutely brilliant system. I use this as my only booking system. Great for booking jobs, reminder messages, advertising and the list goes on. The best customer service I have ever received, always reply the same day with detailed instructions.

I have been using Squeegee for almost 3 years now and have never has any issues. And if any issues do happen they're fixed ASAP to get you back in the game. This software has been a true game changer and delivers everything that I wanted my business to run like. Easy access to bulk messaging, day before text reminders and emails to keep all my customers in the loop. You don't understand how powerful these small attention to details go but it's a really long way. I have nothing but praise from customers on how amazing the communication is. But it's not just that, the work layout, route optimization, easily adding new customers on the fly, round grouping, visual planning, Payment data, auto-payments, bank reconciliation, Customer support, customer management, reporting (On literally everything you need), customer portals and more!

It obviously takes more than the software to run a successful business. But this helps improve everything that's needed to run a service based businesses in check.

Couldn't live without it now and love seeing the business grow on squeegee!

Brilliant app, user friendly, automates everything, couldn't do without this app. Also squeegee are very proactive in doing updates and are a great customer support.
