Cleaners With Pride  Reviews

Excellent service by Kevin and the team!

We had a brilliant service from Cleaners with Pride. They did a fantastic job cleaning our house getting it ready for our new tenants to move in. Will definitely be using them again.

Great service
Arrived on time which was important to me due to an upcoming delivery
All items were cleaned to a high standard

Fantastic experience made my life easier letting me know the times but managing access themselves came back to a spotless flat. Which gave me some personal time back to relax and hit the gym, 5 star ⭐ service

thanks for doing our end of tenancy deep clean, it was fab and ihave received full deposit back of letting agent 😉 I will definitely use you again and highly reccommmend your services thanks so much .

Very professional, personable, competitive and a very good job. Would definitely recommend if you need a flexible, considerate company to just get the job done properly.

Just had our first house clean, absolutely fantastic service! Kevin is brilliant, always responds to messages quickly and got us a slot booked exactly when we asked for! We’re both quite busy and weren’t very flexible on when we’d be available, so we really appreciate the effort to get us the time we wanted. Our cleaner Jordan was excellent. Quick, but without ever feeling like he was rushing or cutting corners. Very thorough with excellent attention to detail. Very pleased, will be booking regularly!

We have had 2 cleans from cleaners with pride so far.

Paris did an amazing job and paid attention to small detail, making our home look lovely with decorative towels and throws etc.

Hilary did a very thorough clean, our house smelt amazing and he made it sparkle.

Both cleaners were very comfortable to be around as queer and trans people and didn’t make us feel unsafe, awkward, or judged.

There has been a couple of difficulties around communication both times, however, these were both mistakes and miscommunications that were apologised for profusely and quickly rectified and did not affect the service - hence us rebooking.

We hope to continue to use Cleaners with Pride fortnightly for a 2.5 hour clean. Would recommend.

Booked for an end of tenancy clean and was so pleased with the results. From start to finish the experience was extremely easy and professional. Will definitely be using this company again!

THEY BROKE MY DISHWASHER!
RED FLAGS: they insist on paying full price before the clean. They refuse to clean unless you leave the house entirely. I agreed to leave but nicely asked the cleaner to be around around 10 minutes before he finished, he said no.
Full details below:
Kevin the business owner managed to fit me in on their schedule and I wish he didn't. They insisted I pay full price before cleaning begins which I thought was strange but I had no other choice as I was tight on time and really needed the clean. The cleaner Jamie shows up at my door with very basic cleaning equipment. I give him the money and leave the 2 bedroom flat (was charged 239 GBP + parking), I come back 8 hours later when Jamie tells me he's done, I walk into the flat and quickly inspect everything, I find lots of missed spots on the floors, the dishes absolutely stink for some reason, if he hadn't washed them they would have smelled nicer and I am not exaggerating. I open up the dishwasher and the door is completely broken, the appliance itself fell to the ground I presume he broke one of the legs of the dishwasher itself and subsequently the door was completely misaligned. I quickly inform him of this and he denies, I tell Kevin (the business owner) and he tries his best to defend Jamie but I sent him evidence and go back and forth with him until he gave me a full refund.

Paris and Darren have been great. Helping get the flat into shape and do a deep clean. Five years of bulldog ownership had taken its toll! Place looking clean and tidy again. The team at Cleaners with Pride have been great to work with.

Jordan is a real pleasure to have around.

He’s quick but very thorough and always cheerful.

Highly recommended!

Great service. The guys managed to accommodate us on a short notice after we were let down by the other company. We were very impressed with the outcome.

I booked my end of tenancy clean and it was super easy. Everything was booked and in less than a week i had my clean complete. Great communication and i love supporting a local business that provides a great service!!

I've used cleaners with pride twice, once for an end of tenancy clean and once for a deep clean. They were efficient, cleaned really thoroughly and were able to accommodate us really quickly. The communication was excellent. Would always recommend and use them for all my cleaning needs

Spotless clean and they were kind enough to go over a couple of minor things that I felt needed just another touch and they did it with no issue. Recommended!

First time having our flat cleaned by Jorge from Cleaners with Pride and honestly… SO impressed!! ✨ He did such a great job, super thorough, left the place spotless and smelling amazing 🧼💐. Would definitely recommend! 😊

I booked Cleaners with Pride for a clean for a flat I have just bought that wasn’t cleaned after tenants moved out. I 1000% would recommend. I found communicating with Kevin to arrange very easy and clear. Kevin was also able to accommodate adding on a carpet clean after my original booking was arranged. Jamie was the person who came to clean. He was super approachable and understanding of my needs/wants. As soon as I met Jamie, I knew everything was in safe and competent hands and oh boy did Jamie do an amazing job. If I ever need a deep clean again, I will definitely come back to Cleaners with Pride 🩷💜💙🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Kevin and his team carried out a post builders sparkle clean. Delighted with the service. Vicky (Kevin’s sister) is a credit. I like a good family business! ** I’m updating my original post ‘cos I’m a returning customer now & already planning to use them again! **
