I had my first windows clean yesterday with Brian, he introduced himself and explained to me that with the first clean I might gets streaks/spots but it only happens because of what may have been used on the windows by the last window cleaner I had…and also with how long my windows haven’t been cleaned for.
I had a window cleaner before who used a ladder…I noticed he wasn’t cleaning my windows properly and sometimes would miss my small side windows out but still taking the same amount of money for all my windows and he broke the glass on my floodlight with his ladder so I sacked him….🐰😠 i got another window cleaner which I had to sack again because he broke a part of my small wooden fence with his rubber pipe and then he marked my car without saying anything and only used cold water on my windows which he didn’t take 2 mins to clean and my windows wasn’t that clean after….not a very happy Bunny🐰😠 so I’ve gone with preen & clean and I am delighted with the first clean by Brian he was very polite and respected my property and like I said explained what would happen with my first clean and if I wasn’t satisfied that if I ring them they would come back and do them again of course free of charge…he even did my front and back doors and to use hot water which is much better then cold makes a big difference, you get what you pay for…..the other two window cleaners I had before wasn’t doing a good job for what I was paying and no respect for my property!!

Ps:- Nearly forgot to mention you have a choice of how you pay preen & clean either by “Cash - Debit - Bank transfer - Phone.

Would have given 5 stars but the date kept changing for our 1st clean,but once he was here couldn’t fault the service ,hopefully they will return every 4 weeks as requested.Paid cash direct to the guy on the day which I prefer to do .

First clean today. Really impressed with the service and especially Brian. Nice guy and actually took pride in his work. The big difference is that he cleaned the frames too which makes all the difference. Thanks again. Would highly recommend Brian and Preen and Clean. Their portal is easy to use and really informative. 😁

I have had windows cleaned 3 times in total by this company, once initially followed by a reclean and once yesterday. The "cleaned" windows look worse than before the visit on all three occasions. The water is not removed or dried so there are water marks left behind. It doesn't matter how many recleans you offer if the method is not fit for purpose. I have now cancelled my agreement. I cannot understand all the rave reviews, I can only assume people have low standards. Very disappointing.

Used for a while and were fine nothing to shout about.

My windows were due to be cleaned in March and no one showed up and it got pushed back to June. In June I got a text saying it has been done (it hadn't) and now I keep getting chased for payment even though I have contacted them numerous times about this and they acknowledged the windows had not been cleaned.

Wouldn't use or recommend.

Took 3 months to get a clean after numerous excuses. I had wipe them afterwards to get rid of the scum. All they do is brush with soap. No removing of the suds. I won’t be paying them.

As preen and clean is a franchise like any franchise it is not as good as the local one to you. Unfortunately ours started ok. Then we had two windows completely missed and then 3 failed visits which eventually led me to cancelling the service.

Had our first clean today, with Emanuel, and so happy with the results. Brilliant service - thank you.

Brian done a great job on my windows, which were really dirty. I am very pleased with the results.

I’ve used the service for over a year and recently the service and quality of cleaning has deteriorated. Twice in the last few months the appointment has been changed last minute or late in the day after preparing the property (moving garden furniture and plant pots, removing items from around doors and windows). Today’s visit lasted approximately ten minutes (5 front of property 5 rear). Window sills not cleaned ( know this as my grandson left a toy plastic building block on the rear downstairs sill which wasn’t moved to clean). The rear kitchen window was cleaned perfectly due to my wife being in the kitchen while this was taking place. My rear bedroom/home office window had the large pane cleaned (still some marks left) and the small pane just wetted.
Come on guys, sort yourself or I’ll have to look elsewhere for a service that delivers

The reason I chose 2 is because, no noisy ladders,quick,quiet but as.for the final finish a lot of windows was left with drip marks all over them & I'm not just talking about a few..
I don't understand aa some windows was fine & clearly wasn't.
