Our cleaning method uses purified water, which should leave a spotless, streak-free result when completed correctly, so it’s disappointing to hear that some of your windows were left with drip marks. Disappointed
Very unreliable. Took forever to get a date to clean. Then kept changing date and time. Then said they couldn’t find us even tho we’re on the main road. Reviews on Facebook are good and that’s why I ordered their services. I could be an isolated case. Disappointed.

Really disappointed in this company had…
Really disappointed in this company had issue after issue decided to try them a final time. Waited 2 weeks sent a rubbish window cleaner who has done a full rushed clean in 5 mins. He had no extender to clean the property. When the company have been made aware its a detached just ridiclous. Not sure i believe the 5 star reviews!

We’ve tried to locate your details in our system but haven’t been able to find a matching account. (We have requested more information via Trustpilot).
We are also a little confused regarding the comment about an “extender”. Our water-fed poles are designed to reach up to 3 storeys, and we make customers aware of our equipment capabilities from the beginning so expectations are clear before any clean takes place.
We’re also concerned by the comment regarding our reviews. All of our reviews are genuine, and many include references such as customer postcodes to help verify their authenticity.

Really pleased but came a little too early I wasn’t prepared as I didn’t know the time of arrival. However brilliant experience subdued were cleaned with no disturbance to people still asleep. There were still water marks in some of the windows but I can live with that overall very pleased and would recommend

We do understand your point regarding arrival times. Our rounds run between 8am and 4pm, and as we work on a postcode-to-postcode basis, it can be difficult to provide exact arrival times as we need to keep the schedule moving for all customers throughout the day. We always do our best to accommodate requests, and if a later visit is preferred, our customer service team can look into what options may be available.
Regarding the water marks, we appreciate your feedback. Sometimes windows can have existing residue or build-up from previous cleaning products, soaps, or treatments, and this can take a couple of cleans to fully break down and remove. Our regular cleans help gradually restore the glass and achieve the best possible finish.
If you’re still unhappy with any areas after the clean, please let our customer service team know and we’d be more than happy to arrange a free reclean to put things right.
