I understand you mentioned the streaks after the first wash but those ones still look there were never washed i guess maybe will notice the difference when you guys come the next month

They have been cleaning my windows for…
They have been cleaning my windows for over a year. Now they can’t because of health and safety!!!!
I have very much been let down by this company. Health and safely was reviewed last August and they have been cleaning them since, up to day.
My late husband used to do windows as I can’t do them I thought I had found a good trustworthy company, shows how wrong you can be. They have upset me and spoken to me in a very condescending way (by some of their team).

I’ve reviewed the situation carefully, and I want to be transparent with what has happened. Our technician raised a concern regarding overhead power cables at the property, which was then reviewed internally by our team. Following this, and after a further assessment by a senior member of staff, we confirmed that we are unfortunately unable to safely carry out the work due to health and safety restrictions.
I completely understand your frustration, especially as you recall having service previously. To clarify, this was formally reviewed in May, however the initial footage provided at that time was not sufficient to reach a final decision. As a result, the property was mistakenly rebooked and serviced again, which should not have happened. That is an internal error on our side and I’m very sorry for the confusion and inconsistency this has caused.
I also want to sincerely apologise if any part of our communication came across as condescending, that is not the standard we expect from our team, and it will be addressed internally.
As a gesture of goodwill and fairness, the recent charge for the front-only clean has been waived.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re genuinely sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Preen & Clean

Totally unreliable
Delays, delays, delays. In the end I cancelled the service. They offered me a free clean “early next week” but I refused, don’t trust them to show up.
Edit #1:
In their reply to me below, they say that they received a “request to cancel” shortly after I signed up, which is a blatant lie to cover their backs for a dismal service. Don’t trust this company.
I requested to cancel after around 3 weeks of delay and postponements.
Edit #2:
They have now amended their response to my review, which is a more accurate depiction of what transpired.

You signed up on 08/06 and registered on the portal shortly after. On 19/06, you contacted us asking to cancel as we had not yet attended and there had been delays. At that point, we advised that we were scheduled to be with you the following week and also offered to complete your first clean free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, this offer was declined and the cancellation went ahead.
We completely understand your frustration around the delays and appreciate this wasn’t the experience you expected. We're very sorry for any inconvinience caused.

2 months and still waiting.
I got my text saying the professional would be over 10-20 April. No show.
I got another text 13th May telling me to expect them tomorrow. I then got another text saying the route had been changed so they were unable to come.
I write this on 15th June. 2 months later than originally planned. Still waiting.

To clarify, you initially signed up on 01/04 and were advised that your first clean would be scheduled for the week commencing 27/04. We understand this didn’t work for you as you mentioned you were going on holiday, so that visit was cancelled at your request.
We then rescheduled and attempted to attend on 14/05. On that visit, our technician reported that access wasn’t available as the gate was locked and there was no response at the property.
We completely appreciate how the timing and communication here may have been frustrating, and we’d really like the opportunity to get this resolved for you. Please feel free to contact our customer service team directly so we can arrange a suitable date and ensure access is confirmed in advance.
