Cleaners With Pride  Reviews

We have used Cleaners with Pride on several occasions now for ad-hoc cleans (which suit our circumstances as we can't commit to a regular day/timetable) and we have always been extremely happy with the service provided. We have recently had Jordan who arrived incredibly promptly and did an excellent and thorough job. He was very professional. Liaison with Kevin to set up the cleans is always easy and efficient - he is very responsive and works with us to get the cleans we need. Can't recommend them enough. As an LGBT couple we also particularly appreciate the service the team provides as we know that we will always be welcomed and comfortable.

I had a great experience with the service. Kevin responded quickly to my enquiry to get a clean booked in. On the day, Reni and her three colleagues did a really thorough clean. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic job cleaning my property on a weekly basic. My cleaner Great does a brilliant job and always happy to go that extra mike in the time he is here cleaning. Great job!

Callum did a great job cleaning our flat & went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

Great does an excellent job for us each week. Very professional and accommodating to working around me whenever I work from home too.

Jordan did a great job! Used the company for years but he also deserved a special thankyou

Callum was diligent and organized with the deep clean today. And when there were some transport issues leading to a delay in the start time, Kevin kept me updated which put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!

Excellent clean from these guys, lovely to come home to house all clean & fresh. Highly recommend

I have 2-year old new build apartment in the city center that needed an end of tenancy clean.

Sent an inquiry on the on the 23rd, initial response from Kevin on the 24th asking a long list of questions which I then responded to immediately. No response. Chased on the 26th and was again ignored. Chased up again today (2nd Dec) and finally got a response back.

I sent a detailed walkthrough video of the apartment to be cleaned (recorded by the estate agents when I moved in) and told Kevin the apartment would look exactly the same as the video and would have no furnishings. Simple and straightforward job.

Kevin instead requested another video and facetiously told me "Would be like trying to sell a second hand car and sending pics of a brand new one for sombody to make an offer.. hope you understand"

I'm not trying to sell you the apartment. I didn't ask for a carpet clean. I didn't ask for mattress cleaning. I literally just needed you to clean the oven, fridge, hoover and wipe the place down. Why do you need such a level of detail that no other cleaning company I've contacted for a quote does?

Competitors allow near instant online quotes... whereas communicating with Cleaners With Pride was truly like pulling teeth. Unprofessional, waste of time and would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

We love Cleaners with Pride! Had the best experience with Callum who was so professional and did an incredible job on our house. Highly recommend!

Great was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless. Really professional, friendly, and thorough with every room. I’d definitely recommend him and will happily book him again.

Had a really good experience with cleaners with pride! It was so easy to book in and Kevin was very responsive. He also gave good and honest advice about what needed to be done. The price was also very competitive. Will definitely use again in the future.

Absolutely fabulous service, would highly recommend!!
My flat just needed a deep clean pre winter, very easy to organise via Kevin and Jordan did an incredible job!! Will definitely be booking again 🤩

Returned from work to find my house spotlessly clean and smelling glorious. Thank you cleaners with Pride. I will be using regularly to keep my house clean and sparkling!

The cleaners were amazing, they did a good job🤗

Cleaners with Pride were highly professional, friendly, and responsive throughout. I arranged an end of tenancy clean at short notice, and my flat was spotless within hours. Highly recommended

Femi was a joy, he came in and knew exactly what to do. Our house is a dream now. Big thank you!

I used this company for my end of tenancy cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Communication was smooth and professional from start to finish, and arranging everything was very easy - even though I wasn’t around at the time of cleaning.
They went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident about the work done, sending thorough photos that clearly showed every part of the flat after cleaning. From the looks of it, they did a proper deep clean - everything looked spotless and well taken care of.

Absolutely first-class service! Cleaners With Pride were professional from start to finish, and the results are incredible. Everything looks spotless and refreshed – they really do live up to their name. Highly recommended!
