Cstomer service do not anser
I have had a very disappointing experience with my recent booking. The operator assigned to my service informed me that he could not complete the job at the time I had booked. He offered alternative times, but none of them worked for me, so I could not accept them.
Since then, I have spent an entire week trying to contact customer service, but no one has replied. I emailed support again and I am still waiting for a response.
My cleaning appointment is scheduled for this Friday, but the assigned operator has already confirmed he will not come. The system does not allow me to cancel the booking, and I am concerned that I will be charged not only the additional service fee, but also the 25% cancellation fee — even though there are still two days left before the appointment and I have no way to cancel it.
This situation is extremely frustrating. I have tried to resolve the issue through the proper channels, but without any support from customer service and without the ability to cancel through the system, I am being left with no options
