Appauling , do not use this company !!
I booked for my van to have a deepclean . The cleaner only accepted the job on the morning that he was due here but asked me to move the clean till the next morning .
I messaged the operative on the morning he had arranged with me as didnt turn up and didnt reply to my message.
I waited 2 hours for him to arrive before cancelling and i have to pay a £25 cancellation fee . Disgusted

Company is a shambles
Company is a shambles.
Booked in for 2 cars to be done. One on Friday and one on Saturday. The guy messaged asking to do them both on bank holiday Monday at 9am. So I agreed to try make it easier for him.
On the day he messages saying he’s running late and had some van problems. So I stayed in and waited. He never came.
He apologised again and said next weekend. I agreed.
He came I handed him the keys and went back to work and told him I’ll be back at 1 as agreed to do the 2nd car.
He gets his vacuum out ready and opens 3 doors and the boot. He then proceeds to lock himself in the back of his own van for over half an hour.
His misses then rocks up and lets him out to which he packs his vacuum away shuts my doors and posts the key and leaves.
He cancelled the job saying unsuitable weather due to hail. When it was bright blue skies.
I forwarded it all to clean me and they gave a generic response. Never seen anything so comical and moronic in all my life. Natural selection is a real thing and I witnessed it on my security cameras today.
If you do decide to use cleanme do not use Christopher M. As much use as a chocolate fire guard.

Worst Valet I've ever seen
Id give NO stats if possible. Worst Valet ever. I paid for Deep clean interior which give 2-3hrs to do. Alfer 40 minutes was told they had finished. They had not Shampooed he seats, Floor and mats, in fact they had not even vacuumed under the mats. There was dirt and marks all over. No attempt to clean 80% of the car. Not sure what they used on the dash and my Android Auto Screen as it looked worse than before they started. I used to valet (12 years) to Show standard years ago and this was the worst valet I've seen. I would have given the staff a warning if they had done the quality where I worked. I had to get a refund and the blokes didn't seem to care when I told them it was rubbish and didn't want to see what I wanted to show them what was wrong, and there was lots wrong .
Not cleaned the Seat belt plastics, under the sun visor, under seats and metal runs, inside the door pockets, round the gears stick, back of the Steering wheel and lots more
Terrible service and I would not recommend. I didn't ever get full refund as still charged for the service charge.
