I placed order through a face book ad
I placed order through a face book ad. Advertising buy one get one free, I was charged full price for two bottles, also had a charge for 3 bottles @ 104.92 that I didn't order. I called immediately to stop order process. There is no direct customer service person that answers, a person will take your name and # give it to a person in support. A support person responded by email 24 hrs later said order was processed and shipped. To date I have not received an email or tracking for shipment.
Questionable if it was even sent....
Not a good company to deal with!!
I normally order from Amazon, thought I'd give it a try through the website.
Horrible idea for ordering on website....
