I bought an amazing garden furniture set in very discounted price - said refurbished so I had low expectations.. But I was wrong! The set is beautiful as new ( I couldn't find any sign of wear etc..

Superb quality patio table
Superb quality patio table. Powder coated aluminum frame, thick heavy toughened glass top. No visible defects, just shabby packaging.
Great comms and delivery by the carrier.
On the downside you have a mountain of packaging to dispose of (it’s well packed to protect the glass), and, a week later they reduced the price by a further £40, however I am happy at the price I paid.
Recommended, and an excellent bargain!

After a bit of a hiccup with the delivery which was soon rectified my garden furniture was delivered on the day I chose …I was kept up to date with regular communication from Clearcycle. My furniture arrived well packaged… on opening it is fantastic, I’m so pleased with it. It is well made and hopefully will last many years. I was hesitant at first about ordering a refurbished set… but it looks brand new but at a fraction of the of the cost! I would certainly order from Clearcycle again without hesitation…

The product is of great quality. 10/10. It doesnt look a like a refurbished product at all. Came in a well packaged boxes, with no damages. It was an absolute bargain, as the same would have been twice/three times the cost if it was a new one.

Excellent service and products
Really pleased with our sofa set, packaged well and had all the labels so as good as brand new. It was delivered really quickly and the delivery guys were great, brought it up the path at the side of the house into the back garden. Excellent service and great value.

NO ITEM. NO DELIVERY. They advertise products then blame others when they take your money and don't deliver you the product. I received a refund after a delay but the fact is looking at multiple people's feedback and my personal experience, you can buy something, pay for it then a week later they will say it's not in stock! I would urge you to review feedback of this company before dealing with them.

I have bought several items from the ClearCycle company, it's amazing shopping experiences, the condition of items bought were above all my expectations.
The company's customer service is excellent, they are very helpfuland and easy to reach out.
I'm no advertising for the ClearCycle, they don't need me to do it. You are only shopping with them once you will know what I mean. They sell different brands' high quality items, mainly the high quantity furnitures, the conditions and prices of the items you wouldn't get from anywhere else.

Garden Furniture
I can highly recommend ClearCycle and would not hesitate to buy more goods from them. I ordered a set of Rattan furniture. There was a slight hiccup with the initial delivery, but ClearCycle were quick to rectify the problem and kept me notified. The garden furniture set was delivered in perfect condition and far exceeds my expectations. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend the company.

Excellent customer service
I had a great experience with CLEARCYCLE when I ordered a garden set. Unfortunately there was an issue with the shipping company and I was let down twice with the delivery.
I contacted Michelle from CLEARCYCLE who was very helpful in rescheduling the delivery. When this didn’t work a second time, she was sympathetic and very proactive in trying to fix the issue. Her communication was quick, very pleasant and always helpful. Well done!

I can confirm that the refund has already been processed from our side. As advised previously, refunds can take between 3–5 working days to appear back in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
Since the refund was initiated on 7th May, I would recommend checking directly with your bank for an update, as they may be able to confirm when the funds will be available in your account.
Companies House records show ClearCycle Ltd entered administration on 10 April 2026
I placed an order with ClearCycle Ltd / “ClearCycle Trade” in May 2026 for just under £100 through the Shop App using Google Pay.
After payment was taken, I received no proper order acknowledgement or delivery information. The only evidence of the order was within the Shop App and my ClearCycle account, while my bank confirmed payment had been processed.
I sent several emails asking for an update, but every response appeared to be the same generic automated reply regardless of the question asked. I also tried calling the only mobile contact number provided multiple times and left several messages regarding my order and delivery, but never received a response.
Afterwards, I discoverd that Companies House records show ClearCycle Ltd entered administration on the 10 April 2026.
I have now had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction due to non-delivery and lack of communication.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution before purchasing from ClearCycle.

Delivery Issues
I booked a Monday delivery by replying 'YES' to their message but nobody showed up. I re-booked for Thursday and explained I would not be there but left specific instructions for a safe space monitored by cctv. Nobody replied saying this was an issue or that it needed signing for however they turned up anyway but would not deliver. Now they want £30 for another delivery. The robot pretending to be customer Service was neither helpful or understanding or even aknowledged that they had failed to deliver on the Monday, despite me providing proof.

We’ve reviewed both delivery attempts.
The Monday delivery was triggered correctly following your “YES” confirmation, but it was not completed within the delivery network. The Thursday attempt was made, but the driver could not complete delivery as the consignment requires specific handover conditions that cannot be overridden by safe place instructions.
As both attempts were unsuccessful under the applicable delivery terms, a re-delivery fee has been applied in line with our policy.
