This auction site list items which are not as described.

I recently purchased two items from Supreme Auctions listed as “Liquidation Stock” the listing showed generic new photos of the items and the description only stated a brief technical specification, all of which would lead the bidder to think he was buying a new item, either old stock or a return.

What turned up was two very used items with parts missing. Supreme Auctions refused to enter into discussion and accept no responsibility for their listings.

DO NOT BID FOR ITEMS BY WHAT YOU SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE ALONE. THE IMAGE AND DESCRIPTION IS MEANINGLESS

You will be severely disappointed if you do.

Had an issue with picking up my lot as I had a flat tyre on the motorway and was not able to make it. Kindly, Jack at customer services resolved the situation for me. Great customer service skills.

Josh was amazing and very professional

Bought 2 laptops , one ok, the other no charger( lost in post)? Also, when opened it had bashes on cover and a note saying the usb c charging port is damaged!!! No mention on the auction of any of this, so obviously raging. If and when you get through on the phone( I got Jack) they send you a link to complain on and it then instantly says sorry nothing we can do!!!!! Emailing is pointless generic replies always!. Unbelievable!!!!Stay away from this site! Jyst got an email saying the 3rd delivery package was never there and was not posted. They say it was not advertised to have a charger only that the laptop was refurbished. So, I am still waitng for the response on if refurbished why was it sent with a note stating damaged and faulty??? As I said not mention when on auction!!!!. All good for future legal proceedings as the confirmed it was sold as refurbished. Happy days on the legal side!
Anyone reading the reply by supreme auctions , will be very clear why you should not buy from them. They are stating that you cannot trust what their auction site says, unbelievable! Refurbished, in their eyes means , 'maybe broken'!

I dont know why people moan, ive ordered from here for months, delivery, collection and 3rd party. Always been helpful, load fast. If you dont know what you're buying or are unfamiliar with the unchecked stuff, dont do it... if you cant ride a bike dont ride the bike lol.

I am a frequent buyer from the platform and usually pay within hours of the auction closing, then wait for the delivery instructions and pay that too. On this occassion I missed payment for one auction and also that delivery invoice, not sure how, but I did. Jack was very helpful and took a card payment to clear the issue and restored my account, all's well that ends well.

Admittedly this review is a few months late. So it may be that Supreme have changed but they closed my account so I cannot know. I assume they havn't as i've talked with colleagues who still use them and they've corroborated my experience. I purchased products regularly for a year or so. Then on one occasion I purchased several items for the same price and mistakenly didn't pay for one of them. I got the call from the Supreme Auction team as a reminder and after I explained they said 'no problem' and took the payment and processed the purchase. However, when i went to book the product for collection I wasn't allowed. after many calls and emails, they said I had missed the deadline so the product was withdrawn. I requested a refund and they refused. Instead telling me that I had forfeit the product and there was no refund available. I read the T&C carefully and they had no right to withhold my payment without giving me a product or a refund. But they remained adamant. I took legal advice and was told that due to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Section 28/29/20, I was well within my rights to claim the money back. I therefore applied for a chargeback from my bank and they approved it due to the overwhelming evidence I had. Supreme then did a very petty thing; instead of following up the matter to resolve it, they closed my account via ibidder. So unfortunately one supplier with extremely poor customer services can generate a great deal of mistrust in the auction industry.
