Bunch of Cowboys, Do not use
I order 2 items and both what I received were completely different.
Sent both items back and they only offered 5 pounds refund, when I had paid about 80.
They are a useless company I strongly advice no body to use them.

Unfortunately, both items were returned despite this, which resulted in additional costs to us. As explained, these costs were deducted from the refund relating to the item that was authorised for return.
We always try to provide clear instructions and resolve issues fairly, and we’re sorry that on this occasion you were unhappy with the outcome.

Have spoken to the bank provided all details images description.
Bank has refunded me.
I have also done a complaint about them.
Be careful they use the same excuse all the time.
Its a scrapyard with a professional front
Dont waste your money. Beaware of the pallets and Most of all AC units. Boxed item does not mean its news its cardboard wrapped with selotape. Many Auction available who show you the actual product.

You have only provided a surname, and we currently have 31 customers registered with the same surname. Without further information such as an invoice number, auction number or lot number, we are unable to identify your purchase or investigate the matter properly.
We are always happy to review genuine concerns and provide assistance, but we do need enough information to locate the relevant transaction.
Completely wrong item received, poor description, and zero customer support!
I won Lot IB392003, described simply as a "Boxed Sony BRAVIA 3 43" LED HDR 4K UHD Smart TV", and paid a total of £197.44 including delivery.
Crucially, the listing did not state that the item was faulty, untested, or used—it just said "boxed". However, what I actually received has nothing to do with the description: instead of the Sony TV, they sent a completely different product—a used, unboxed Samsung curved monitor wrapped loosely in black bin bags.
Customer service completely ignored my initial emails until I threatened formal legal action. Sending entirely different brands and failing to provide accurate item conditions, followed by ignoring buyers, is unacceptable. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and reporting them. Avoid!

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery charge. We appreciate that seeing a winning bid of £10 followed by a higher delivery cost can understandably be frustrating.
Our delivery charges are separate from the auction hammer price and are based on the delivery requirements, destination and whether the goods need to be sent as a parcel or pallet. The delivery estimate shown on listings is not necessarily the final delivery charge, which is confirmed once the purchase and delivery requirements have been processed.
We always provide the applicable delivery charge before dispatch so customers can decide whether they wish to proceed with delivery or arrange collection instead.

Hm... Where shall I start?
We won 2 pallets of flooring and bathroom tiles.
We have just moved houses and we have forgotten to change the address of the delivery. There was a mess with all consigments and overall was such a stressfull situation... but Jess help to sort it out... and beacuse of her everything went just fine;) we have just recived first consigments (bathroom tiles) and it look spotless!
